Starting May 4th! Saturday's Weekly 2024 Season 10am to 4pm Innovation Square! A show and sale of art & craftsmanship with an emphasis on original art and hands Arts Music Performance Food and more! A open market marketplace in the heart of downtown Rochester NY, at on craftsmanship An Artists Open Market filled with unique fine artists, makers and craftsmanship of functional and decorative arts. A festive community experience that invites patrons to explore, shop and support a wide variety of artisan small businesses. An experience to be discovered and enjoyed.

2024 Rochester Artists Open Market at Innovation Square!

With the first season behind us, we are now ready to move into the new and improved 2024 season! With even more attractions and even a slightly lower rate!

A purposely gathered collection of local & regional artists, creatives & makers offering a wide array of art. Utilitarian, functional, and decorative  & all facets of arts create a unique show as well as market shopping experience for our events visitors who will find everything ranging from ceramics, jewelry, fine art, photographic arts, fashion, pottery, sculpture, wood & metal work, furnishings, home decor, scents, craft soaps and much more.

About the application

Please fill out and apply below to be considered as a vendor. 

If you have a special request such as wanting along a wall or a corner booth area or more display space there is a special request section on the application. All special requests for booth positions are on a first come basis and we will try to accommodate all.

What makes this market unique for artisan vendors?

  With the growing heart of downtown Rochester, we are already rooted and growing, as the city is promoted and more people are living in the immediate area as well as those who come to the area seeking the arts and entertainment, we are here along with you to provide it.

Terms & Conditions

You will ONLY be charged if you are ACCEPTED for your selected vending dates.

NO REFUNDS: There are no refunds for the vending as vendor fees are used for promotional materials, rent, and event costs in advance. 

WEATHER: 
This is an outdoor event and subject to weather conditions, it is your responsibility to be prepared. This is a rain-or-shine event.

SPOT REQUESTS: 
Vendor spot requests are first-come, first-served. If you do not have a spot preference, one will be assigned to you. Please note, that vendor spot preferences will be highly considered but can't be guaranteed. SETUP AND BREAKDOWN: Setup time is between 8AM - 10AM. All vendors must be setup and ready to vend by market open (10 AM). Any vendors that arrive after market open, will have their spot forfeited and will NOT be allowed to set up. If for whatever reason, you cannot make your participating date, it is your responsibility to contact us prior to market open to let us know. Breakdown can begin anytime after market close (4PM). Breaking down early requires permission from event staff. Vendors who leave early without permission may not be invited back for future markets. 

FOOD VENDORS:
Food Vendors that do not operate out of a food truck, must make sure they have obtained a Temporary Food Permit from the Monroe County Health Department and follow all necessary guidelines (food permit and guidelines attached below). ONLY food truck vendors are allowed to operate an open flame at the market. If you are a food vendor that does not operate within a food truck, you cannot use any open flames to cook at your booth due to Rochester Fire Department event safety regulations. 

 MARKET VALUES: 
An all-inclusive community for all to come together in this festive celebration of the arts. Hate is never tolerated.

I consent to all photos/ videos taken at the event to be released publicly. 10 x 10 Booth Space $65 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 x 10 there will be additional space between each booth.

Picture requirements

  • Minimum pictures required: 15
  • Each application must include at least 15 color photos of your current products, food choices, offerings, etc.....at least one photo of your booth set-up if possible, if you do not have a booth ( 10x10 canopy) make sure that you do so before you attend the market.
