About the application

Welcome to the inaugural Carolina Core Brews Fest that will be held Saturday, April 27th, 2024!!!  Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting a booth, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
Please note that to be eligible as a Brewery Vendor at the Carolina Core Brews Fest, your business is required to provide a minimum of three sixtels for purchase.
 
Your business will earn up to $110 per sixtel, terms negotiable, with a maximum of being paid for 3 sixtels per brewery.

  • Each brewery vendor will be placed strategically inside Truist Stadium's Concourse

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Brewery Vendor Terms and Conditions for a safely regulated  Brews Fest. We appreciate your interest in participating in this event, which is intended to be a fun and safe environment for all attendees.
 
1. Qualifications: All participating brewery vendors must have a valid license to sell alcohol and must comply with all Guilford County and North Carolina state laws and regulations. 
 
2. Logo: Please ensure that you attach a high resolution version of your logo to this application for marketing and event promotion.
 
3. Alcohol Service: All vendors must agree to serve alcohol responsibly and only to attendees who are 21 years old or older. Vendors must ensure that attendees do not become excessively intoxicated and reserve the right to refuse service to any attendee who appears to be intoxicated. Heavy pouring is not allowed.
 
4. Liability: All vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify the event organizers for any injury, loss, or damage caused by their participation in the event. The organizers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to equipment, materials, or inventory. 
 
5. Compliance: All vendors must comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers, including but not limited to, health and safety regulations, fire codes, and local and state laws. Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the event.
 
6. Selling Merchandise: Please note that to sell merchandise of any kind at this event, your business must pay a merchandising fee of $100 before checking out. If merchandise is brought to the festival without purchasing this fee, your business will be required to pay this fee on-site at the festival or otherwise remove merchandise.
 
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by the event organizers.

Prices

Brewery Vendor - 10ft x 10ft General Space $0 Non-refundable Each brewery vendor receives one (1), 10ft x 10ft space and will be placed strategically inside Truist Stadium's Concourse. All vendors are required to bring their own tables and chairs, staff, and branded tents. Take note that while there is no application fee to apply for the position of Brewery Vendor at the Carolina Core Brewsfest, it is essential that your application receives approval via Eventeny to participate officially in this event. Without this approval, your business will not be considered as a Brewery Vendor for this event. Please contact the event organizer, Dana East, after submitting your application, at deast@visithighpoint.com if your business requires more than one (1) 10ft x 10ft general brewery space.
Merchandise Fee $100 Non-refundable If your business intends to sell any branded merchandise at the event, a merchandising fee of $100 must be paid. It is important to note that selling branded merchandise without payment of this fee is strictly prohibited.
