About the event

The Stonewall Columbus Pride Festival (and March) welcome over 750,000 visitors to Columbus for the largest free pride festival and resource fair in the Midwest. For 43 years Stonewall Columbus has served the Central Ohio community working to uplift LGBTQIA+ identities. Stonewall’s annual Pride Festival and March serve as the organization’s largest annual fundraiser that secures the needed funds to support Stonewall’s community programs and annual operations.

About the application

All 2024 PRIDE 365 Sponsors will complete a separate vendor registration which will be sent directly to you. Do NOT complete this form if you are a 2024 Pride 365 Sponsor.
 
Please fill out your interest form wholly and completely to the best of your ability. This will serve as your official application for Pride 2024, but does not constitute vendor registration. 
After you submit this form your expression of interest will be reviewed and you will be emailed with a determination. If selected as a vendor, this same application will serve as your registration and you will be charged upon approval.

Terms & Conditions

All applications will be reviewed by the Stonewall Columbus team but completion of the application does NOT guarantee acceptance for this Festival. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee, but in the event you are selected and registered, that $25 will be included in your booth fee.
 
Please keep an eye on the email you used to complete your application as you will receive an email from Eventeny on behalf of the Stonewall Columbus team to confirm your registration details if you are approved. You will also be emailed in the event that you are not accepted or put on the waitlist.
 
Applications will close at 12:00 PM on April 19th and final registration must be confirmed by May 3rd for vendors. You can still make changes to your registration after you are approved, but those changes will need to be confirmed by May 3rd to secure your spot. Vendors will be charged upon approval. Please note that not all applicants are accepted for the Festival & Resource Fair. Vendor location assignments are solely at the discretion of Stonewall Columbus. If you have accessibility concerns regarding your placement at the Festival you can let us know and we will do our best to accommodate those.
 
Please note the cost of booth rentals covers the space, it does not include tents, tables or chairs. Tents can be rented at an additional cost but we do NOT provide any tables and chairs for any reason. It is not required for vendors to be present both Friday and Saturday, but preference will be given to vendors who will be present for both days.

There is a $325 non-refundable cleaning deposit for food vendors to cover the cost of cleaning, and disposal of food and water waste.
 
Insurance
All participants (groups and individual entrants), including but not limited to vehicles participating in the march and festival must have their own insurance--Stonewall Columbus must be added as additional insured for the purposes of this event.
 
Electricity
There is a $75.00 charge for basic electric and $175.00 for upgraded electric – NO generators allowed. Bring at least 150’ of electric extension cords to accommodate location of our electric drops. We will not provide any sort of adapter or additional electric equipment.
Propane tanks must be secured by METAL wire or chain. No string or rope permitted.
 
Food License
Food Vendors will be asked to present either their Mobile Food License or Temporary Food License at check-in. Failure to produce these documents will prohibit you from participating in the Festival. We have had notification by the Health Department that they will be very strict this year regarding rules and regulations for Food Vendors. Food Vendor inspections by the Health Department will be conducted on both days of the festival. We REQUIRE that all food vendors put tar paper or other fire safe materials under your cooking stations to prevent grease and other waste from the sidewalks and streets. All grease, trash and/or any other waste MUST be cleaned from your area after your departure. We will provide gray tanks for wastewater. All vendors are responsible for disposing of any and all grease waste OFF of the Goodale Park property. DO NOT throw grease or any liquid down the water sewers, in the grass, or anywhere on the Goodale Park property. This will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Some type of roof is required for those rainy days. Food must be protected from dust, dirt, rain, and occasional birds flying directly overhead.
 
Concession Identification
An ID must be at least 3” tall and 1” wide and contain the following information:

Liquor/Tobacco Sales
We strictly prohibit any sales of liquor, spirits, alcoholic beverages of any kind, tobacco and/or any products containing nicotine, CBD, or THC. Vendors found in violation of this will be asked to leave and will be unable to participate in next year's Festival.

Prices

Application fee $25 Non-refundable This application fee is non-refundable. If selected to participate as a vendor, your application fee will be included within your vendor space fee.
Standard electricity (up to 50 amps) $75 Standard electricity is up to 50 amps and is NOT included in your booth space. Standard electrical outlets provided, if you need a specific connection type you will need to provide it. Stonewall Columbus does NOT provide any extension cords.
Premium electricity (up to 100 amps) $175
Cleaning fees $325 Non-refundable There is a $325 non-refundable cleaning deposit for all booths selling food.
10'x10' Non-Cooking Booth $825 Vendor space is 10 feet in length and 10 feet wife for booths that will not be cooking. Price reflects the initial non-refundable $25 application fee. Vendor spaces do not come with tents, tables or chairs.
10'x10' Cooking Booth $1,225 Vendor space is 10 feet in length and 10 feet wide for booths that will require cooking. Price reflects the initial non-refundable $25 application fee. Vendor spaces do not come with tents, tables or chairs.
10'x20' Non-Cooking Booth $1,145 Vendor space is 10 feet in length and 20 feet wide for booths that will not be cooking. Price reflects the initial non-refundable $25 application fee. Vendor spaces do not come with tents, tables or chairs.
10'x20' Cooking Booth $1,705 Vendor space is 10 feet in length and 20 feet wide for booths that will be cooking. Price reflects the initial non-refundable $25 application fee. Vendor spaces do not come with tents, tables or chairs.
10'x30' Non-Cooking Booth $1,590 Vendor space is 10 feet in length and 30 feet wide for booths that will not be cooking. Price reflects the initial non-refundable $25 application fee. Spaces do not come with tents, tables or chairs.
10'x30' Cooking Booth $2,375 Booth space is 10 feet in length and 30 feet wide for booths that will be cooking. Price reflects the initial non-refundable $25 application fee. Booths do not come with tables and chairs.
10'x10 Tent Add-on $275 Non-refundable Tents do not come with walls or tables and chairs.
10'x20' Tent Add-On $425 Non-refundable Tents do not come with walls or tables and chairs.
10'x30' Tent Add-On $575 Non-refundable Tents do not come with walls or tables and chairs.
22 lb Bag of Ice $7 Non-refundable Price is a pre-order for 22lb bags of ice that will be provided to you. Any additional bags of ice needed during the weekend can be bought for an additional $7 during the festival.
