About the event

The BE Arts Festival is hosted by the Black Artist Experience. BE Arts Festival (Black Experience) is a community driven festival that combines a variety of fine arts and cultural experiences into a single day to inspire, support and showcase black artists. The BE Arts Festival is curated to bring awareness to Black artists, to ignite creative inspiration and to build networks that can last a lifetime. BE Art Festival supports art forms such as art installations, interactive art experiences, inspiring talks, culinary pop-ups, intimate live concerts, wellness sessions and education.

About the application

Welcome to the 2024 BE Arts Festival! This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Last year, we had perfect weather for a perfect event, seeing over 1000 supporters! We hope you'll join our line of food vendors this year.
 
By applying as a food vendor, you agree to be in compliance with all State and County Health and Fire requirements and regulations, failure to be in compliance will result in the forfeiture of your space and fees.

 I hereby grant B E Artist Experience the right and permission to photograph and/or record me and my work in connection with B E Arts Fest and to use the photograph and/or recording for all purposes, including but not limited to advertising and promotional purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the photograph and/or recording, and acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind.

Prices

Application fees $25 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Space $250 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Food/Beverage Cart $125 Non-refundable
