About the event

The BE Arts Festival is hosted by the Black Artist Experience. BE Arts Festival (Black Experience) is a community driven festival that combines a variety of fine arts and cultural experiences into a single day to inspire, support and showcase black artists. The BE Arts Festival is curated to bring awareness to Black artists, to ignite creative inspiration and to build networks that can last a lifetime. BE Art Festival supports art forms such as art installations, interactive art experiences, inspiring talks, culinary pop-ups, intimate live concerts, wellness sessions and education.

About the application

Thank you for your interest in the 2024 BE Arts Fest.  All are welcomed to apply.  Early Bird Vendor single spaces are $100 (non-refundable) and double spaces (20x10) are available in limited quantities at $200 (non-refundable). Youth Vendor spaces are $75 (non-refundable).
Regular Vendor rates $150 will resume March 1st.
 
Vendor spaces will be marked. All vendors must supply their own tent with weights/stakes plus any additional tables/chairs or displays. No electricity will be provided, this is an outdoor event.  
 
Event Timing: Saturday, May 25, 2024
Event Address: Hardesty Park

Vendor set up time is 9:00 am-11:00 am. Festival begins at 12:00 pm (Noon). All vendors must be checked- in and set up no later than 11:00 am. Tear down at END of the festival (8:00 pm).  There will be no early teardown. 
 
Artist/Vendors registrations will be reviewed and participation will be determined no later than April 20, 2024.  All fees are due upon acceptance.  (See early bird pricing for discounted booth rates)
 *As the vendor, you keep 100% of your sales and are responsible for all transactions, taxes and customer service. 
 
**The BE Arts planning committee reserves the right to deny participation to anyone. 
Space is not confirmed without receipt of full payment.

I hereby grant BE Arts Fest the right and permission to photograph and/or record me and my work in connection with BE Arts Fest and to use the photograph and/or recording for all purposes, including but not limited to advertising and promotional purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the photograph and/or recording, and acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind. 

Prices

Application fees $25 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
10x10 Booth $150 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Vendor single spaces are $100 (non-refundable) A final invoice will be provided to complete balance. Spaces are not secure until balance is paid in full. Vendors must provide their own tables, tents and chairs.
