About the event

Marketfest is a free summer festival in beautiful downtown White Bear Lake that runs Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, mid-June though the end of July. In its 35thyear, it continues to attract locals and visitors who are interested in a lively, family-friendly atmosphere. Each week two stages offer live concerts showcasing local bands from diverse musical genres including jazz, blues, rock, folk, country, and funk. The festival features children's games and activities, pony rides, a farmer’s market, and a classic car show. More than 200 vendors offer a wide variety of arts, crafts, merchandise, services and foods.

About the application

Vendor space for prepared food and/or beverages. If you are any other type of vendor (arts, crafts, merchants, services, political parties, farmer's market, or nonprofit) please return to the main event page and select the appropriate vendor application.
 
Food and Farmers Market vendors are not eligible for single dates, and are expected to participate all seven weeks. Most vendor spaces are a 12’ x 12’ area, and there are a limited number of extra large spaces. If you have a truck or trailer that extends beyond 12'x12', you will need to select and pay for an extra-large space. (Vendors with two different booth locations will still need to purchase two spots.) We have very limited access to electricity and will try to accommodate requests when possible. As an alternative, quiet generators are permitted. If a generator is too loud or disruptive, vendors will be asked to make other arrangements and/or be removed from Marketfest without a refund.
 
A 25% discount will be applied to full-season vendors who have a business in the City of White Bear Lake. A 50% discount will be applied to full-season vendors in the Downtown White Bear Lake Special Service District. Businesses within the Marketfest footprint may participate on the sidewalk in front of their business for free. Discounts will be applied to the full-season (7 week) booth space upon approval of the application.
 
All vendors must provide their own tables, tents, chairs, etc. Additional information is available at www.marketfestwbl.com. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting this application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

12x12 Booth - Full Season $950 Non-refundable A single booth space is 12 feet wide and 12 feet deep. Vendors must provide their own tent, table, chair, etc. If you need a large space than 12'x12', you will additionally need to select and pay for an extra-large space. A 25% discount will be applied to Full-Season Vendors (All 7 nights) who have a business in the City of White Bear Lake. A 50% discount will be applied to Full-Season Vendors in the Downtown White Bear Lake Special Service District.

Extra-large Space - Full Season (7 nights) $250 Non-refundable If you have a truck, trailer, or display that extends beyond 12'x12', you will need to select and pay for an extra-large space. (Vendors with booths in two different physical locations will still need to purchase two spots.)
Electrical Outlet 110V - Full Season (7 nights) $175 Non-refundable We have very limited access to electricity and will try to accommodate requests when possible. Electrical Outlet 220V - Full Season (7 nights) $275 Non-refundable We have very limited access to electricity and will try to accommodate requests when possible.
