I will provide My own booths, display boards, tables, chairs, canopy coverings, etc., for my area.
Maps/booth locations will be available at check in at 7am. Do not arrive for check-in prior to 7 am to allow for event set up.
I am responsible for completely securing my booth at night. (Security is provided, but they can't be everywhere all the time)
I will not interrupt customers browsing at other vendors booths.
I will be responsible for always keeping my area clean.
I understand it is not guaranteed booths or items will not be duplicated. The Sedro-Woolley Chamber of Commerce will do our best not to place duplicates next to each other, so to help us, you must list your products in detail. Vendors will only be allowed to sell items listed on their applications. (Exclusivity only applies to Direct Sales Vendors)
All vendors are required to park their vehicles in designated parking areas (Not on the Street). FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A TICKET AND BEING TOWED at the owner's expense.
I understand that if I pack up or leave early without permission of the committee, I willnot be invited to attend Blast from the Past in the future.

I will have someone in my booth at all times (Short meal & break closures ok)
Each vendor will be responsible for conducting their own sales and collecting their own sales tax. We encourage you to plan your booth, so you can operate the full three days. If you cannot attend all three days, you will not be able to attend.
Inclement weather will be monitored closely, and the committee will notify vendors of early closures.
I will be courteous to the staff, volunteers, and other vendors, being rude or yelling at staff or volunteers or racial slurs and derogatory comments will not be tolerated, and I will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
This is a family-friendly event and any item deemed inappropriate by the committee must be removed upon request.
Security will be on site from 8 pm to 9 am Friday and Saturday nights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contractor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sedro-Woolley Chamber of Commerce, City, agencies of the City and all officials, agents and employees of State, from and against all claims arising out of or resulting from the performance of the contract. “Claim” as used in this agreement means any financial loss, claim, suit, action, damage, or expense, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, attributable for bodily injury, sickness, disease or death, or injury to or destruction of tangible property including loss of use resulting there from. Contractor’s obligation to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless includes any claim by Contractor’s agents, employees, representatives, or any subcontractor or its employees.
Contractor expressly agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sedro-Woolley Chamber of Commerce and the City for any claim arising out of or incident to Contractor’s or any subcontractor’s performance or failure to perform the contract. Contractor shall be required to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sedro-Woolley Chamber of Commerce and the City only to the extent claim is caused in whole or in part by negligent or intentional acts or omissions of the City. I have all permits, licenses, insurance, etc. required by the city, county, and state to operate a legal business. I am of legal age (18 years or more).
In consideration for allowing me to participate, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sedro-Woolley Chamber of Commerce and their agents, the City of Sedro-Woolley and their agents, from expenses of whatsoever kind or nature, including attorney’s fees, incurred by reason of or in connection with participation in this event.
