About the application

This application is for the host of a yard sale in a resident's own yard or the use of a spot at the Dulles South Recreation and Community Center (DSRCC) parking lot.
 
Addresses and items for sale will be published on SR's website and Facebook page as well as emails blasts to the community. 
 
Homeowners are permitted to put their own signs, balloons or other advertisements directing shoppers to your home on the morning of the sale, however they MUST be removed immediately after.
 
Must be signed up by Sunday, May 5th to be included on the published list, it will not to be updated after that date. It can be found at southriding.net
 
If you wish to participate in your own yard you must be a resident.
 
For those that wish to sign up for the parking lot of DSRCC:
 
Spots are limited and the event sign up will close when it is reached.
 
You will be assigned THREE parking spaces. ONE for your vehicle, TWO for your wares.
 
IF YOU ARE A NON-RESIDENT OF SOUTH RIDING PROPRIETARY - YOU MAY PARTICIPATE AT DSRCC FOR $10. PLEASE USE THE NON RESIDENT FORM.

By signing up for the yard sale at DSRCC it is acknowledged that residents may participate for free and a non-resident may pay $10 to participate.
