About the application

The Craft Show at St. Clair County 4-H & Youth Fair takes place Saturday July 20 from 10 a.m. - dusk. This application is for a vendor space on Saturday only within the Craft Show area. If you'd prefer applying for a weekly vendor space, please contact us.

Prices

Craft Show Space $100 Non-refundable Vendor Space is 10’ x 10’ outdoor grass space without power hook-up. Vendor to provide anything needed within the space such as tent, table, chairs, etc.
INCLUDED: (1) Permit - Daily Carlod Parking/Admission $0 Non-refundable Each craft show vendor space includes (1) daily carload parking/admission pass. Additional are available for purchase at a discounted vendor rate if needed. Admits all within a vehicle for one day of the fair.
Permit - Weekly Carlod Parking/Admission (Discounted Rate) $60 Non-refundable Exchange ticket for window sticker at the admission gates. Weekly carload sticker allows unlimited entrance to the fair for all in the vehicle. Vendors are offered a discounted rate until start of Rental Term after which standard gate prices will apply.
Permit - Daily Carlod Parking/Admission (Discounted Rate) $25 Non-refundable Admits all within a vehicle for one day of the fair. Vendors are offered a discounted rate until start of Rental Term after which standard gate prices will apply.
Permit - Individual Parking/Admission (Discounted Rate) $6 Non-refundable Admits one person into the fair for one day of the fair. Vendors are offered a discounted rate until start of Rental Term after which standard gate prices will apply.
