About the application

The City of Lawrenceville is looking for talented and skilled artist and makers to join us for the Lawrenceville Boogie on Saturday, April 27th in Downtown Lawrenceville. This exciting block party will feature three stages of live music and entertainment, a silent disco, and the Beyond the Ribbon Car Show in the heart of the DTL! We want your unique skills no matter your style or medium, this event is all about your artistic expression. This vendor application is for businesses that sell original, hand-made items including, but not limited to, fine art or photography; prints; decorative items for home, office, garden, or personal use; artisanal items created by traditional techniques and fine craftsmanship, paintings, pottery, candles, jewelry, clothing, and more. This application does not apply to individuals who work for large companies that provide services such as, but not limited to: insurance, gutter cleaning services, lessons/tutoring, etc. Please note that we limit competing products at our events.  Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space is limited. If your business doesn't have an official Business License or Certificate of Insurance, please download and sign the general release waiver at the bottom of the application home page. Upload this document into the areas for the Business license and Certificate of Insurance. NOTE: Electricity will not be provided at this event.  Be prepared for a fun but long day. Due to the nature of the event, load in may take place as early as 11 AM. You will also be asked to park your car in a designated parking lot once you've unloaded your supplies before setting up your booth. Be prepared to stay until 9 pm at the latest for load out. Times may change, but we want to give you a proper expectation so that you are set up for success. PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE IN IT'S ENTIRETY TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE PREPARED FOR APPROVAL AND SUCCESS!Thank you for your interest in being a Vendor at the '24 Lawrenceville Boogie! 
 
Your application has been received and will be reviewed by our Events Team within the upcoming weeks. All applications should be processed no later than April 9th, however, we understand that you will want to know that you are approved as soon as  possible, so you may receive a message that you have been waitlisted before the April 9th deadline. WHAT DOES WAITLISTED MEAN?
 If you receive a  "WAITLISTED" message, this is a good sign that you are on your way to approval and YOUR VENDOR FEE WILL BE CHARGED  ON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. The purpose of this Waitlist process is to give you time to ensure that the payment will go through with the account that you have provided. If the payment does not go through after 24 hours of receiving this waitlisted message, we will not be able to fully accept your application, and you may risk your application being rejected.

​​​​​​​Event overview The Lawrenceville Boogie is BACK and BIGGER THAN EVER! Get down to the Lawrenceville Square on Saturday, April 27th, for the funkiest FREE block party around! This year, we’re adding a ton of new and exciting attractions, including The Beyond the Ribbon Car Show which will feature many of the wildest rides in the region! There’s a new music festival happening in the middle of Lawrenceville’s hottest restaurants and shops. Indulge in the flavor of the DTL as you enjoy original live music and art, dancing in the streets, and so much more! Choose your vibe at the silent disco or get down at one of three stages with multiple genres of music including Jazz, Funk, Soul, and Rock and Roll. Explore pop up artisan booths and check out what’s new on the square! Best dressed wins a prize, so come correct in your favorite era interpretation or show off your own style as you Boogie with us! There will be something for everyone, this FREE multi-genre music festival is designed for all ages to get into the groove… So gather your friends and tell them to meet you at the Boogie!
