About the application

Hello, spiritual beings, and art lovers! 
Fall of 2022, we held Bowling Green KY's first ever metaphysical and art faire. This Spring we are hosting our forth Mystic Arts Faire and you're invited!  Fill out the form below if you're interested in participating with us. Previous vendors will have the option to reserve first. The information below WILL be used on our social media and event forms. Please complete this entire questionnaire with as much detail as possible. THANK YOU!
This event will be limited to 30 (10x10) vendor spaces and are filled on first come - first serve basis. Multiples of similar products, products that are not handmade, and MLM will be declined. Products must be hand-crafted and original to the artist. Those that are accepted will receive an acceptance email within 2 weeks of applying..

About the event

Celebrate the Unusual! The Mystic Arts Faire was born from the needs of unique and alternative local artists of South Central Ky. A semi yearly Art Market made to showcase and share talent with the community. This market creates a safe and inclusive space for everyone to participate and learn something new. Our goal is to bring people together of all different cultures and beliefs to celebrate their uniqueness through art.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. As a vendor, you are responsible for adhering to all event rules and regulations. Your participation is contingent upon approval of your application, which will be reviewed for suitability and alignment with the event's theme and standards. You agree to set up your booth/display in a timely manner and maintain your space in a clean and orderly fashion throughout the event. You are responsible for all sales transactions and must comply with local tax laws. The event organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your property. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any claims arising from your participation in the market. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule or layout as necessary. Your spot at the event is non-transferable and the fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. By participating, you grant the organizers the right to use images or photographs of your booth and products for promotional purposes.

Prices

10x10 Indoor Booth Space- Member Price $50.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. All booth spaces are indoors. Pop up canopies are not approved inside the building. Artists must be prepared to provide all the necessary equipment they need for the event including tables, chairs, displays, and payment methods. If you need to set up a large displays or racks please reach out for approval.
