Vendor will pay South Riding Proprietary a flat fee of $225 (payable to SRP), due prior to the start of the event, as their contribution to covering the event costs. They may opt for a 10% of sales fee which will be collected at the end of the event.
 
 All food vendors are responsible for their own equipment, tables, tents, and water supply. Bottled water less than 20oz, cannot be sold for more than $1.
 
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Terms & Conditions

All food vendors are responsible for their own equipment, tables, tents, and water supply. Everything must be removed from event grounds immediately at the conclusion of the event, this includes trash. We have large trash bins onsite inline with the bathrooms but on the other parking lot side.
 
If your set up requires special electrical setup: i.e. certain outlet types, you will be responsible. 
 
You must obtain a certificate of insurance and have it made out to South Riding Proprietary/ South Riding LP, County of Loudoun, Officers, Officials and  Employees; 43055 Center Street, South Riding, VA  20152.
 
All vendors must obtain a temporary event food permit from the Loudoun County Health Department. 
 
Set up must be completed 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the event. The event starts at 5:00 PM.
 
No refunds will be given for ANY reason. 

Prices

Application fees SOLD OUT Non-refundable There is a $225 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application approval.
Electrical Outlet $75 Non-refundable $75 fee to use our power instead of your own. We have a generator that will be located in the middle of the lot. Those using power from the generator will be placed as close as possible to minimize cords in pedestrian walk ways.
