About the event

It's the 13th year for Vegfest in Georgia and we are back at Atlanta Expo North, our new home for the festival. This event promises something for everyone with engaging speakers, food samples, DJ and MZ JAZZY, Family Fun Zone, free face painting, food trucks, and over 75 exhibitors. You don't want to miss this fun event. Mark your calendars and get your tickets, swag bags, VIP, VIP PLUS, and/or merch ahead of the festival. Admission to the festival is $10 with limited $5 tickets ahead of the event and will go up to $15 at the door. $15 Swag Bag option will be available! Compostable bag filled with $50+ worth of samples and coupons. $25 - VIP tickets - enter the event 30 minutes early. Get a cool upgraded goody bag that is reusable with items different from the swag bags. Limited to 100. Get entered into our raffle and get 25 entries for each VIP Entry you purchase. $100+ worth of samples and coupons. $35 - VIP PLUS - Not interested in a bag filled with items you don't want or need? Our VIP PLUS will be a cool reusable bag (different from the VIP bag) and also comes with a vegan shirt design different from any you can purchase at our booth. Enter the event 30 minutes early to shop before the crowds. Make sure to let us know your shirt size! Winners will be picked randomly after the festival and winners will be notified via email. Prize Packs TBD. Vendors can send an inquiry by going to vegfestexpos.com. Volunteers can sign up on that site as well. Come out and support our vendors and plan on enjoying the music too. Our Family Fun Zone is perfect for children of all ages and includes life sized games, coloring, and more! *Food Trucks *DJ with MZ JAZZY *Family Fun Zone *Free Face Painting *Vegan Food *Shopping *Education FAQ: What time is Georgia Vegfest? Doors open at 11 a.m. (10:30am for VIP) and the exhibit hall closes at 5:00 p.m on Sunday Is there a cost to attend? To align with previous years, we have a $5 general admission early bird with discount code, $10 until the day of the event, $15 the day of the festival with children and seniors 65+ getting in for free and students always $5. New this year is our $25 VIP and our $35 VIP PLUS. Where can I purchase tickets? We will post a ticket link. Having tickets purchased ahead of time will help the vendors prepare for the festival. Are you accepting vendors for this event? Vendor space is open, send an inquiry on vegfestexpos.com. Are you accepting volunteers? Yes, we love our volunteers and couldn't do this without you. Table $15 Non-refundable 6 or 8 foot table rental you'll pick up/drop off at a designated location at the festival.
Chair $5 Non-refundable Chair rental you'll pick up/drop off at a designated location at the festival.
Vendor Booth Space $400 Non-refundable 10x10 Vendor Booth space you bring your own tables/chairs. Vendors can drive inside the venue to load in/out.
Vendor Booth Space after 7/25/2024 $450 Non-refundable 10x10 booth space you bring your own tables/chairs. Vendors can drive inside the venue to load in/out.
Electricity for Vendor Booths ONLY $90 Non-refundable Adding electricity to your booth, you'll be placed where you have access to power based on your power needs. This is for whatever power you need for your inside booth space, it is not limited to one plug.
Green Spinach Sponsor $200 Non-refundable You’re unable to attend, but still want to advertise Recognition on Veganfest Website and social media Business card or flyer included in our goodie bags Can be added to your vendor fee for additional promotion
