About the event

This December, we are proud to host Mission Fed ArtWalk-Virtual Edition, and bring fine art right into your living room. We believe art has the power to connect communities, cultivate new artistic talent, and create a better quality of life for all through cultural enrichment. For these reasons, we want to showcase everything our artists have to offer, and we hope this virtual format allows you to interact with artists from the comfort of home. From December 5th to December 31st, fine artists will display their work in a new and unique way. In addition to fine art, you can expect performances from beloved ArtWalk dancers and musicians, art projects for kids, a word from Mission Fed’s CEO, and more surprises! Admission is free, so we hope you join us starting December 5th!

About the application

• A fee of $50 will be charged upon application approval. This cost covers your virtual booth as well as event marketing and promotion. • Only fine artists selling original artwork may participate. We will not accept wearable art into the show, with the exception of certain fine art jewelry. • The work represented in your application images must represent the work shown in your virtual booth. • To make the attendee experience as seamless as possible, payment is taken directly through Eventeny. There is a small fee to cover production costs (5% transaction fee), and a standard credit card processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30) on each item. • We ask that your virtual booth be attendee-ready by December 3rd.

Terms & Conditions

• Submitting this application DOES NOT guarantee you a booth at the show, all applications will be reviewed for approval. You will be notified by email as to whether your application has been accepted. Your credit card will not be charged unless your application has been approved. • ArtWalk retains the right to reject any vendor application. • Eventeny will help calculate shipping for an expedited check-out, however it is the artist’s responsibility to ship out products within 7 days of the order (with the exception of commissioned pieces). • Sales tax will be automatically calculated by Eventeny for each individual artist, based on their residence.
