About the application

Welcome to our event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions Each date will be 2nd Sundays (March-December) from 11AM-3PM on the dates provided in the application.  Events are rain or shine. The setup will be all outdoors and you are required to bring your own 10 x 10 tent and 4-20 lb tent weights (WE REQUIRE SAND BAG TENT WEIGHTS FILLED WITH ROCKS OR SAND. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO UPLOAD A PHOTO OF YOUR TENT WEIGHTS) $100 vendor fee and Eventeny fees will be due when accepted into a marketNo refunds or market creditsNo MLM (Multi-Level-Marketing)

Monthly market and concert series at CCU Midtown Park in North Hills that features 45+ local vendors, diverse bands from Oak City Music Collective, food trucks, workshops by Joy Worthy Co. and more. In partnership with Oak City Music Collective.

Terms & Conditions

I understand that there will be no refund or market credit within a month of the event date.  Our Values: .

We hope to have vendors that share these values.  Events are rain or shine. In the event that The MAKRS Society has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, The MAKRS Society will issue a 75% refund.

Prices

10x10 Space $100.00 Non-refundable You will be allotted a 10x10 space. Please make sure your booth setup fits within the 10x10 space.
Special Request Fee $10.00 Non-refundable Any special request for where you would like your booth to be located at the markets.
Sponsor Booth (Single Event) $300.00 Non-refundable Sponsorship booths are available for $300.00 per ONE event. Group market rate: If you would like to attend all 4 markets, the total will be $1,000 ($250/ event), saving you $200 for the year.
Sponsor Booth (All 10 event dates) $2,500.00 Non-refundable All 10 events dates ($250/event)
Lead Sponsor (All 10 events) $10,000.00 Non-refundable Only 1 Lead Sponsor available for the year. ($1,000/event date) Lead sponsor perks: -10x10 booth for all 10 events -logo and "event presented by..." on all promotional materials -logo and short description on market emails
