About the application

Welcome to the 20th Annual Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival! This event will take place May 2-4, 2024 in Foley, Alabama at OWA Parks & Resort.
 
Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions by emailing reagan@southbaldwinchamber.com. This is an electronic agreement and by applying for this space, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
 
Please fill out the form completely, including credit card information. Once you have submitted your completed application, you will be notified by email that it has been received. Your application is then reviewed by the committee and final determination of your acceptance will be sent via email. You will not be charged for the booth space unless your application has been approved. 
 
Festival hours are 5 - 10 PM on Thursday and 10 AM - 10 PM on Friday and Saturday.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Past participation in the festival does NOT guarantee an approved application. No booth locations are guaranteed.

About the event

Foley is the spot for high-flying adventure and family fun at the Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival. Enjoy entertainment, arts and crafts displays, face painting, food, and more at the festival site daily. Balloon glows and tethered rides (weather permitting) add to the fun at dawn and dusk. Balloons are only visible at dusk & dawn, weather permitting. Please be sure to visit our website, for the most current information. By submitting application, I understand and agree with the rules and regulations that are set forth in this application and agree to abide by and fully comply with said rules. I understand and agree that the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Committee, and OWA are not responsible in any way for damage, loss or theft of me, my firm or of my customers and employees and agree to indemnify and defend and hold harmless the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Committee, and OWA against such loss, damage or theft.

Prices

Application Fee $25.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Arts & Crafts Vendor - Booth Space $300.00 Non-refundable An arts & crafts vendor must certify that at least 80% of products being sold are handmade.
Direct Sale / Retail Vendor - Booth Space $450.00 Non-refundable A Direct Sale vendor must sell items that are retail, including ambassadors/distributors of a company.
Corporate Vendor - Booth Space $650.00 Non-refundable A Corporate Vendor is one that represents a large, regional or national company (ie. Starbucks, Verizon, Piggly Wiggly, etc.)
2024 Balloon Fest T-Shirt $25.00 Non-refundable Want to avoid waiting in line for Balloon Fest merch? Add one or more of our 2024 festival t-shirts and have it ready for you!
