Featuring crazy monsters, bizarre creatures, awesome robots, weird aliens, and pop culture perversions, we bring together like-minded tribes for a massive party, unlike any con you’ve ever attended! Five Points Festival is not the place to find things you already know, it's a place to discover something new!

Terms & Conditions

Five Points Fest is a curated festival. All applications must be approved by our jury. You will not be charged until approved.
 
 
REFUND POLICY: Policy for written cancellations will be governed as follows (effective date of cancellation is upon receipt by Show Management): A cancellation fee of 50% of total exhibition space will be applied for cancellations 90 days or more prior to the show. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total exhibition space will be applied for cancellations less than 90 days prior to the show. Show Management will implement an additional $250 Administrative Fee for every contracted booth that is canceled less than 90 days prior to the show. Exhibit space assignment cannot be made without required payment. Exhibit space reservation cannot be guaranteed if payment schedule is not maintained.

Corner Charge $250 Non-refundable Corner Charge - Per corner requested (as available)
LED WALL ADVERTISEMENT ADD ON $400 Non-refundable - LED wall Digital AD Placement 15 seconds every cycle, guaranteed at least 4 cycles an hour. 2-day placement. Art must be provided to match the specs.
Vendor Badge $55 Non-refundable Only for people working the event - $75 when purchased on-site
WIFI $50 Non-refundable Per Device, for the weekend - $75 if purchased on-site
Electricity* $150 Non-refundable $200 when purchased on-site *This is the price for the drop to your booth. You can add a strip to run multiple outlets, but if you require anything more than an electrical drop, I.E. a power strip, multiple drops, lighting redirection etc, there will extra charges.
