About the application
If you are accepted, you'll hear from us by May 7th (or sooner) and payment must be collected to reserve the space.
All Artist Alley tables are $300 and include two vendor badges to Five Points.
- Tables are 6ft tables only and do not include pipe, drape, or electricity.
- Tables must be covered by a tablecloth or other drape.
If you need walls, electricity, or a more prominent/larger space, please apply for a vendor booth.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Mass production and sale of items by artists in Artist Alley could damage the integrity and threaten the continued existence of Artist Alley. Artists found to be producing and selling items in numbers rivaling those of Exhibit Hall vendors or utilizing Artist Alley in a manner that could potentially damage the integrity and spirit of Artist Alley may face immediate expulsion from Five Points Fest events.
The following items are prohibited from sale within Artist Alley:â— Bootleg products (any item purchased from a retailer with the intent to directly resale/ fakes/ copies). This DOES NOT apply to “bootleg genre” carded figured - please email for specific information. â— Items that are a replication of licensed merchandise "copies".â— Traced, photoshopped, transferred, etc. art of a licensed image. This includes, but is not limited to, work from “redraw” projects which directly reference licensed images. Plagiarism of any kind is forbidden!â— 2nd or 3rd party items.â— Food, snacks, or beverages. Proxy selling - Selling the works of a person who is not present and is a registered artist in Five Points fest Artist Alley is strictly prohibited. Collaborative works, such as anthologies, would be an exception to this rule. Please contact us for more info.
Studios - If multiple people are involved in the pieces for sale, all artists involved must be present for the entire duration of the convention. If you belong to a studio that has three or more employees and thus more than two people are represented in the displayed artwork, please consider acquiring a booth space.
Table Transfers - Tables are non-transferable from one artist to another.Copyright Law - It is the responsibility of the artist to ensure that their artworks do not violate any copyright laws. Five Points Festival and the Artist Alley staff cannot and will not provide legal protection to artists under any circumstances.
Weapons Sales - Sales of weapons or props are prohibited in Artist Alley. REFUND POLICY: Policy for written cancellations will be governed as follows (the effective date of cancellation is upon receipt by Show Management): A cancellation fee of 50% of total exhibition space will be applied for cancellations 90 days or more prior to the show. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total exhibition space will be applied for cancellations less than 90 days prior to the show. Show Management will implement an additional $250 Administrative Fee for every contracted booth that is canceled less than 90 days prior to the show. Exhibit space assignment cannot be made without required payment. Exhibit space reservation cannot be guaranteed if the payment schedule is not maintained.
