About the event

The Wood County Agricultural Society is proud to announce the 151st annual Wood County Fair. This event is scheduled to take place from July 28 - August 4, 2024 in Bowling Green, Ohio. For eight days every summer over 100,000 people attend the long-standing tradition of the Wood County Fair. This tradition has supported many of the county’s youth and community members by providing exhibitions, education and entertainment that create a sense of pride in our communities, county and state. The fair has helped create lasting memories for countless people and strives to continue making memories for future generations.

About the application

We are excited to announce that we have a new system to approve  commercial exhibitors for the Wood County Fair. All exhibitors need to fill out this application for EACH each space that is a non-adjoining space, or a separate booth/ trailer you are requesting to bring to the fair.  Applications will be approved based on available space and need for products to enhance the fair. 
 
Some of the spaces for those that have been here in the past may change. The fair is working to optimize the most of the fair grounds so you may not have the same exact spot as you had in the past. We will do our very best to accommodate you and your needs. 
 
You will be required to pay the deposit for the space when checking out. You will then be issued an invoice for the remaining balance that must be paid prior to the first day of the fair. You will be able to pay it all on line as we encourage you to do so. 
 
This year we will be creating an interactive map of the fair grounds for fair goers. You will be sent information about building your profile that will be tied to your spot on the map. This will allow fairgoers to find your location on the map and know what it is that your business has to offer. This will allow us to have better tracking and enhance our ability to promote your business. 
 
New for 2024 The commercial vendor tent will be located in a much better spot for more fair goers to see.

Terms & Conditions

A list of items to be sold or advertised must be attached to the contract and only those items will be permitted. No inappropriate material to be sold to include the sale of squirt guns, Lazer pointers or toy guns/weapons in general. There is to be no display of the confederate flag on the fair grounds as a flag, shirt, hat or otherwise. Fair Directors reserve the right to determine what is appropriate.  
Please attach a picture of your vender trailer or tent (if used). 
 
you will be required to have someone at your spot during the open hours of the fair. Failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your spot for the next year. 
 
 NOTE: A copy of your insurance must be on file with your contract or you will be prohibited from doing business on the grounds.
 
This privilege is accepted upon condition  that the business above stated to be conducted in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Society, and further that the Exhibitor pledges to the foresaid Society and all structures occupied or erected by him/her or all the goods, implements or appurtenances which are used in transacting the business to which this privilege of offering the same at public auction, and apply enough of the proceeds from such sale to the discharge of the amount due.  The location for said privilege to be assigned by the secretary, and the business running such privilege to be conducted to the satisfaction of the secretary.  Execution of this contract on the part of the Exhibitor will be taken as evidence of acceptance.  Society assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of lessee’s property.  Contract subject to lessee securing license from Dept. of AG. Of the state of Ohio (if required). 

Prices

Outside Booth Space $250 This is for 10 feet of outside space Should you want a tent that you want the fair board to rent this will be done for an additional fee of the cost of the tent rental and you must contact the office prior to July 1 to secure this rental. You may select more space if needed by selecting the quantity please note that these spaces are 10 foot
Electric Hook Up 220v $200 Non-refundable
Electric Hook Up 110v $140 Non-refundable
Table Rental 8 foot tables $15 Non-refundable
Folding Chair Rental $3 Non-refundable
Commerical Tent Space $200 Non-refundable This is for a 10X10 space under the commercial tent. The Commercial tent this year will be located behind the grandstands due to the ride area being expanded. Please indicate how many 10X10 spaces are needed for your booth. You will need to also select tables and chairs that are needed for your area along with power.
Vendor Ticket Book $30 Non-refundable This is for a book of daily vendor admission tickets. A book consist of 8 tickets for the $30.00. Once purchased these tickets will be emailed to you and you will then have to either print them or email them to the people that need them. Each ticket is for one admission. Each worker will need a ticket to enter the fair.
Daily Ticket $5 Non-refundable This is for a single Vendor admission ticket. This is a one time use ticket. Each person will need their own ticket to enter the fair. Once you have purchased the ticket it will be emailed to you for you to print or email to the person who needs it.
Inside Building Space $300 Non-refundable This is for 10 feet of Inside space (Under the Grand Stands). You may select more space if needed by selecting the quantity please note that these spaces are 10 foot. Priority is given to those who have displayed under the grand stands in the 2023 fair.
