About the application

Sign up to become an official Event Sponsor of the 3rd Annual Space Coast Burger Battle with The Children's Hunger Project!  Find the different Sponsorship Packages below, under "Related Files". This 2-DAY, Family-Friendly Event will feature a unique and diverse Food Festival/Competition (~30+ Restaurants/Food Trucks), a Large Vendor Marketplace with Sponsors, Artists, Crafters, Small Businesses etc., Concerts featuring several bands, Alcohol/Non-Alcoholic Beverage Bars, a Game Area, and More!
 
Your business will benefit from the marketing exposure to hundreds of thousands of people leading up to the Event, as well as in-person, 2-day exposure to the 6,000-10,000+ people in attendance per day!

Terms & Conditions

  1. Sponsors will be given access to the Location no less than 24 hours before the Start Time to set up their station and prepare anything else necessary to vend at the Location. Sponsor agrees to arrive no later than 2.5 hours before the event to set up. - Time to be dictated by the Fire Inspector at a later date. Typically all Sponsors must be fully set up by 9:30am.
  2. 2. Sponsor is agreeing to participate in BOTH days of this 2 day event.
  3. 3. Sponsors must remove their vehicles once setup, no later than 10:00am
  4. 4. Host will secure lighting for the Marketplace area. Sponsors are responsible for providing their own lighting within their booth if desired.
  5. 5. Sponsors are responsible for providing their set up, including Tent, Tables, Signage, Power, Tent stakes and/or tent weights.
  6. 6. Sponsors will not be permitted to sell nor provide any beverages to attendees unless agreed in writing by the Host prior to the event.
  7. 7. This Venue does not provide power to the Marketplace area; therefore, each Sponsor will be required to bring their own power source (if needed) for their equipment.
  8. 8. At least 30 days prior to the date of the Event, Sponsors must disclose to the Host if they are bringing a generator. *This is to ensure you are placed on the Site Map in accordance with the Fire Code Requirements.
  9. 9. Sponsors will be required to stop sales on the first day of the event at 8:00PM and on the second day of the event at 6:00PM.
  10. 10. Sponsor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above-mentioned Event.
  11. 11. This is a “Rain or Shine” event; refunds will not be issued if the Sponsor decides they are not going to attend due to weather.
  12. 12. Host will secure overnight security for the event space, however, host will not be held responsible for damage/theft of items left overnight.
  13. 13. If the event is canceled due to an Act of God (Hurricane, Tropical Storm, Pandemic, etc.) the Host will secure a rescheduled date/venue no sooner than 1 month from the original date of the Event and your Sponsorship will be transferred.
  14. 14. Sponsors will arrive, and be set up/ready to go, by 10AM the second day of the event.
  15. 15. Sponsors agree to clean up their spot after the event, leaving the area the way they found it upon setting up.
  16. Sponsorships are non-refundable.

HOT SPONSORSHIP TIER $1,500 ■ ALL OF THE ABOVE + ■ Company Name/Logo on all Print Marketing – Flyers, Ads, etc. ■ Special Recognition from the Band/MC on Stage 2 times throughout each day of the Event. ■ Exclusive Opportunity to Choose Your Vendor Booth Space within the Marketplace *Based on availability at time of Sponsorship signup ■ 10’x10’ Booth within the Event Marketplace *Sponsor is responsible for booth setup (tent,table, power etc.) ■ 10 Complimentary Event Admission Tickets ■ 10 Complimentary Drink Vouchers *Valid only at the official Event Bars
FIERY SPONSORSHIP TIER $2,500 ■ ALL OF THE ABOVE + ■ EXCLUSIVE Sponsorship – Eliminates competition from Sponsoring the Event *FCFS ■ 10’x20’ Booth within the Event Marketplace *Sponsor is responsible for booth setup (tent, table, Power etc.) ■ Exclusive Stage Time - 2 Scheduled times to speak about your company for 2 minutes on Both Event Days. ■ Promotional Item of Your Choice to be given to Attendees Upon Entrance on Both Event Days – Discount card, promo item, flier, etc. ■ 15 Complimentary Event Admission Tickets ■ 15 - Complimentary Drink Vouchers *Valid only at the official Event Bars
NUCLEAR SPONSOR TIER (TITLE SPONSOR) $5,000 ■ ALL OF THE ABOVE + ■ EXCLUSIVE EVENT TITLE SPONSOR – Company Name/Logo Included in Official Event Logo and Used Everywhere the Event Name/Logo is Used *1 spot available - FCFS ■ 10’x20’ Booth within the Event Marketplace *Sponsor is responsible for booth setup (tent, table, Power etc.) ■ EXCLUSIVE Stage Time – 2 scheduled times to speak about your company for 5 minutes on Both Event Days ■ Opportunity to be on Stage when Competition Winners are Announced ■ Opportunity to be 1 of the Official Guest Judges for the Food Competition Portion of the Event *If applicable and/or spots remain at time of Sponsorship signup. ■ 25 Complimentary Event Admission Tickets ■ 25 Complimentary Drink Vouchers *Valid only at the official Event Bar
