Vendor Booth Applications for the Holiday Sip & Shop Handmade Artisans, Craft Vendors, Boutiques and Food Vendors ONLY We will not be accepting consultants from Direct Sales or MLM Companies We will not be accepting Representatives from Window Replacement or Gutter Guard type companies.    Event Date: Sunday, November 10th, 2024 Vendor Setup Options:

Shopper Times: 11am to 5pm You must not start tearing down until 5pm.   Location:
The Public House 300 Bradyville Pike (HWY 99) Readyville, TN 37149   Once you are approved, you will be charged your vendor fee that will be entered in with this application. Vendor Fees are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable.   This is our 3rd year of events at this location. We typically see around 1K Shoppers and Attendees come. The Venue is a short drive from Murfreesboro and Woodbury.
We spend all vendor fees on Advertising and Marketing after venue and event expenses are paid.

Join us for our Holiday Sip & Shop at The Public House in Readyville, Tennessee on Sunday, November 10th, 2024 from 11am to 5pm! Come shop over 60 Handmade Arts & Crafts, Local Small Businesses and Food Trucks! Grab you a cocktail at the bar inside while you shop! Shopper Grab Bags to the 1st 15 shoppers at the top of every hour from 11am to 4pm! Free Admission Free Parking Food Trucks Vendors are located both inside and outside. Event is Rain or Shine **No Consultants with Direct Sales, MLM Companies allowed (ie. Color Street, Paparazzi, Scentsy etc.) For More information, Contact Jessica Miller at 931-952-0207

Terms & Conditions

Once application is approved, your card will be charged.You must mark your calendar down for this date once approved to prevent double booking and cancelations.Vendor Fees are non-refundable & non-transferrableAll vendor Fees are used for Advertising and Marketing for the event. There is a vendor agreement attached to the application. Please be sure to read through it's entirety.

10x10 Outside (12x12 space is marked off) $50.00 Non-refundable 10x10 Booth Space - Outside Only Available Spaces are sized 12x12 to allow for slanted tent legs and elbow room.
Trailer or Truck Craft Vendor $50.00 Non-refundable If you are a Crafter with a Truck/Trailer that you sell out of, please select this option.
8x8 Inside - Returning Vendors Only SOLD OUT Non-refundable Inside Spaces are 8x8 in size. Returning Vendors will get 1st come 1st serve on the inside spaces. If you are not a returning vendor, you may be changed to a 10x10 outside.
End of Summer Sip & Shop Discount - RETURNING VENDOR ONLY $40.00 Non-refundable This discount ONLY applies to the 2nd End of Summer Sip & Shop vendors from Aug. 25th, 2024 event
Food Truck/Trailer $0.00 Non-refundable Booth fee is $50 - This will be collected at the END of the event. You will take a tab for Rustic Lace Events staff and after the tab is paid, you will owe the remainder or Rustic Lace Events will pay you if the tab is over $50.00
