Are you an innovative pro chef? Step up to the plate for FusionFest’s Fusion Dish Contest! Create a one-of-a-kind dish that blends ingredients and techniques from at least two different cultures, and prepare 65 sample portions to share with a panel of judges and VIP guests.
Compete for a chance to win cash prizes of up to $1,000 and showcase your talent in a celebration of culinary fusion and cultural creativity!

CULINARY FUSION CONTEST 2025
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, AND PARTICIPANT CONSENT FORM
Presented by FusionFest Inc. and Orange County, Florida
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
By submitting the Culinary Fusion Contest 2025 application, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement.
Participation in the contest is contingent upon your agreement to these terms.
ELIGIBILITY
The Culinary Fusion Contest 2025 is open to professional chefs and culinary students who are residents of Central Florida and are at least 18 years of age at the time of the contest.
FusionFest Inc. reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet the criteria.
PRIZES
Prizes will be awarded to selected winners at the end of the contest. To receive any monetary or non-monetary prize, winners are required to complete and submit a W-9 form. Failure to submit a valid W-9 will result in forfeiture of the prize. Prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to tax reporting as required by law.
WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Culinary Fusion Contest 2025 (“Contest”), including but not limited to any injury, illness, death, loss, or property damage that may occur before, during, or after the Contest, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
In consideration for the opportunity to participate, I hereby agree to fully and forever waive, release, indemnify, and hold harmless FusionFest Inc., Orange County, Florida, and their officers, agents, employees, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), or causes of action arising from or in connection with my participation in this Contest.
PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
I grant permission to FusionFest Inc. and Orange County to photograph, record, or capture my image during participation in the Contest. I understand that such media may be used for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, print, online, or social media, without compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the images and understand they become the property of FusionFest Inc. or Orange County.
RULES & REGULATIONS
I agree to abide by all contest rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the organizers. I understand that FusionFest Inc. and Orange County reserve the right to update contest requirements and fees when necessary, and may disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these terms or engages in misconduct.
This release shall remain in effect until revoked in writing by the participant.
