About the registration

We are so pleased to bring back the Health & Wellness area at PrideFest this June! The Health & Wellness program is one of the longest running elements of the festival and one that is truly unique to Milwaukee; a designated area for community organizations and resources to be on display for festival guest interaction. 
We believe its important Milwaukee’s LGBTQ community have access to all of the resources that serve the community 365 days a year. Now, more than ever, we need to reinforce the importance of self-care, health, wellness and preservation. Navigating the pandemic has certainly brought its share of challenges…let’s make sure we face whatever comes our way with the support and care needed for a positive outcome.
 
PrideFest Milwaukee this year is June 6-8, 2024.  
The open hours for the H&W area will be Friday, June 7th, 3PM-9PM and Saturday, June 8th, 12PM-9PM (Please note, it is mandatory that someone from your organization is present at ALL TIMES).
Vehicle access to the grounds will be Friday 10AM-1PM and Sunday 10AM-12PM. Due to the new footprint of the grounds, vehicle access will not be available Saturday night.
 
Participating organizations will be responsible for a *$250 non refundable fee towards an approximate 10' x 10' space in the Health and Wellness area. Included in return, each participating organization will receive:
- One (1) 10x10 space
- One (1) 8ft- table and two (2) folding chairs (more available upon request for a fee)
- Eight (8) single use admission tickets (up to ten (10) additional tickets may be purchased at a discounted rate)
- One (1) parking pass for Friday and one (1) parking pass for Saturday
- Access to locked indoor storage space. (All items must be stored upon area closing each night.)
- Coverage under PrideFest’s insurance policy (no additional coverage is requested- a $100 savings)

*this nominal fee goes towards the typical average cost of a vendor space, including tent, table, electric, area rental/cleanup, union fees, etc of $400 and up.

All organizations must be a non-profit that offers services to the LGBTQ+ community in South Eastern Wisconsin.
