Calling all Alberta distillers, blenders, bartenders, and restaurateurs!
 
This is your chance to be part of the inaugural Alberta Spirits & Cocktail Festival, held at the prestigious Edmonton Convention Centre. Be part of the action by registering today to reserve your booth space and exhibitor passes!

Standard Booth - Early Bird (Ends December 31, 2023)

Registration Details
  • Standard registration includes a 1-10'x10' booth, with an 8' skirted table, and divider curtains.
  • Exhibitors can apply for additional booth space by requesting multiple standard registrations.
  • Concessions booths will have shared back-of-house storage and prep space, including water connections.
  • All exhibitors will be assigned a coordinator as their point of contact during the festival.
  • All exhibitors will have access to the staff office for breaks.
  • Once an application package has been approved, you will be contacted by Festival Management to discuss the next steps. You will also receive a festival planning checklist to guide you through the planning and setup process.
  • Booth placement will be assigned by Festival Management.

Terms & Conditions

It is understood that by completing your registration form, the applicant has read, understands, and accepts the terms and conditions contained herein. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in removal from the festival.
 
  • All references to ‘Festival Management’, refer to Highgate Entertainment Ltd., the event organiser.
  • All exhibitors must follow the guidelines set out in this document, and all adhere to local regulatory conditions health, safety, fire and alcohol.
  • All exhibitors must adhere to the policies set out by the venue.
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions prior to the event. Exhibitors will be notified of any revisions made.
  • By registering, you give consent to Highgate Entertainment Ltd. To use your company’s social media and website content for marketing purposes.
  • Cancelations are 50% refundable up until 90 days before the event, after which refunds will not be available.
  • Exhibitors must maintain a clean booth and are responsible for handling their own waste.
  • Exhibitors must always have a fully operational booth during both sessions. Late setup and early teardown will not be permitted.
  • All food vendors must have at least one staff member with food handling safety training present at the booth when providing food samples.
  • All vendors handling and serving alcohol must be ProServe certified.
  • All alcohol products served onsite must be registered with AGLC.
  • Sampling is only allowed during the posted session hours. Serving alcohol outside of these hours is not permitted.
  • Food and Alcohol samples may only be provided in exchange for sampling tickets provided by the festival.
  • Minimum number of tickets for samples must be no less than 3.
  • Per standing agreements with venue management, beer & wine samples may not be provided at this event
  • Per AGLS regulations, all alcohol-containing beverages must comply with sample sizes only.
    • Distilled products (spirits)           ½ oz
    • Mixed drinks (cocktails)              ½ of spirit & 4oz of non-alcohol containing mix

Concessions Booth C$ 473 Non-refundable Concession booths are slightly larger than standard booths and have direct back-of-house access for shared storage, prep & washing space, with water connection services.
Concession Supplies C$ 79 Non-refundable 500-1oz plastic cups, 200-7oz plastic cups, 500-beverage napkins.
5lb bag of ice C$ 5 Non-refundable 5lb bag of ice. Unlimited quantities available.
