Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community upliftment organization, offers a free to the public festival at Piedmont Park that includes local and national performing artists, a two-mile Black History Parade (includes a tribute to Veterans and educators), a 5k Freedom Run, an artist’s market, vendor's market, international food court, family-fun activities, STEM workshops and several children’s activity areas.

Be a part of one of the largest and most significant Juneteenth parades in the country. Juneteenth Atlanta Parade attracts participants, dignitaries and organizations from all over the world -- making it one of the best international parades in the Southeast. 
 
Non-Commercial Entries
Non-commercial entries include groups from schools, churches, scouts, civic/service clubs, individuals, government officials (elected, appointed, and running for election), and non-corporate not-for-profit community based entities.
 
Commercial Entries:
Commercial entries include corporate businesses and any other large companies.

Terms & Conditions

I understand and agree that the following terms and conditions outlined in this document apply to me. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival, its partners, vendors, sponsors. affiliates, designees, organizers, associates, and board members from any and all claims which are brought by, or on my behalf, and which are in any way connected with my participation in the festival, 5k Freedom Run, and/ or the parade. 
 
In consideration, I am permitted to participate in any activities organized or operated by Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival, I, the party involved hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
 
1. I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival Code of Conduct and other Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival policies and procedures posted on the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival website.

2. I understand and agree that the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival policies and procedures, and the terms and conditions of participation set out in the volunteer guidelines are always effective and apply to me when present in and around the Event venue, the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade route and during Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival.

3. I acknowledge and agree that the completion and submitting of the Volunteer application, or acceptance of event volunteer t-shirt, badge, or other form of admission issued by Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival constitutes acceptance of agreement to the following: (a) Releases Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right, or any claim or cause of action of any kind. (b) Authorizes and permits Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival and its designees to use my name, voice, and likeness and all reproduction thereof in all media now and hereafter known for all purposes in perpetuity. (c) Agrees to comply with all festival and parade rules and regulations.

4. I understand that the festival and/or parade in which I will participate is of a voluntary nature. I further understand that some of the volunteer assignments involve physical activities, including but not limited to lifting light weight items, walking, attaching / assembling event banners and signage, and assembling event tents and may be inherently dangerous and may carry the rise of serious or grievous injuries, including bodily injury, damage to personal property and/or death. I understand the nature of the volunteer assignment and represent that I am qualified and have no health problems, medical issues, or disabilities that would not allow me to participate in such volunteer assignments.

5. Should it be necessary for the me to receive medical care while participating as a Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival Volunteer member, I give the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival personnel permission to use reasonable discretion in obtaining medical care for me, and grant permission to any physician or other qualified medical providers, including but not limited to nurses and ambulance personnel to render whatever medical care they deem necessary & that all charges for services, equipment, and supplies incurred for such treatment shall be my sole responsibility, and agree to pay for all that was associated with rendering medical care to me.

Prices

Corporate / Commercial Entry Parade Position $7,500 Non-refundable This parade section includes corporations that are entering Floats, Trucks, Busses, and other types of automotive vehicles. Corporations are responsible for providing their own vehicles.
Corporate Walking Groups $4,500 Non-refundable Corporate/Commercial walking groups can include as many employees as you like. Walkers can have company t-shirts or walk for a cause such as human rights or social justice...
1000 Family March for Human Rights $10 Non-refundable Join the march during the televised parade with your family members, co-workers or friends. This is a great summer project for teachers to plan for with their students. Create posters to carry during the march. Poster topics: Human Rights, Social Justice, Judicial Reform, Reparations, Stop The Violence, World Peace and any other positive messaging...
Equestrian (Horse Groups) $250 Non-refundable Horse clubs or groups with at least 6 or more horse riders. No limit on the size of group. We have an area for your horse trailers and also position you away from bands and other loud noises.
Single Horse Riders $15 Non-refundable Single horse rider up to 6 riders
Individual Skaters $10 Non-refundable 10 Skaters or less. Each skater fee/ donation is $10.
Skaters Group (20 or More) $200 Non-refundable Get together with your skating friends. Sign up as a group of 20 or more skaters. Group contribution payment $200. Can include a sound truck. See Group Skate Team. There is no limit to your group after 20. Goal 100 skaters!
Individual Walkers $10 Non-refundable Walk solo or with up to 20 friends. Remember, the more the merrier. See you at the parade.
Corporate Supporter Parade Float $5,000 Non-refundable
Mobile Stage Music Float $3,500 Non-refundable Create your own stage and entertain the public along the parade route. We have secured all the necessary permits. All you'll need to complete your floats is your speaker system and mics. Have individual artist or an entire band. All fees and donations help make the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade one of the best parades in the country. With your continued support, we can transform it into one of the best parades in the WORLD. Community Organization Parade Float $2,000 Non-refundable Floats are 16 foot long and 8 foot wide. Height limitations are 16 feet above the trailer. Floats come fully decorated. When the floats arrive on parade day you will have time to add personal touches to your float - such as posters, banners, balloons or whatever you can imagine. All fees and donations help make the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade one of the best parades in the country. With your continued support, we can transform it into one of the best parades in the WORLD. Walking / Marching Groups / Units (21 or more) $200 Non-refundable This parade section includes groups of more than 20 people: marching, dancing, walking, skating, biking, etc. DOES NOT include the use of a vehicle. All fees and donations help make the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade one of the best parades in the country. With your continued support, we can transform it into one of the best parades in the WORLD. Walking / Marching Groups / Units (20 or less) $100 Non-refundable This parade section includes those marching, dancing, walking, skating, biking or any movement outside of the use of a vehicle that have less than 20 people. All fees and donations help make the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade one of the best parades in the country. With your continued support, we can transform it into one of the best parades in the WORLD. Motorcycle Entry $15 Non-refundable Motorcycle clubs can enter as a group or as individual. Cycles are encouraged to play music that is suitable for the event. Please contact management for specifics on motorcycles. All fees and donations help make the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade one of the best parades in the country. Motor Vehicles $15 Non-refundable This parade section includes cars, trucks and buggies. Vehicles can register as a group/club or as individuals. Drumlines (Free) $0 Non-refundable Drumlines are required to RSVP by completing the parade application. Make sure to provide as much Information as possible about your organization in the application's description box. This is a televised parade, broadcast commentators will use the information you provide to speak about your organization.
