WINGS & THINGS FESTIVAL and FLY-IN RULES & REGULATIONS: This is an electronic agreement and by selecting this option, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Vendor locations will be assigned at the discretion of festival organizers. Vehicles must be removed from exhibit area by 8:30 am on Saturday. Vendor is solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying any required Georgia sales tax. Vendor is only allowed to sell items noted on applications. NO REFUNDS will be made for any reason, cancellation, removal for cause, act of God (ie weather), or low sales. Checks returned from the bank shall void festival eligibility and be charged a $35 fee. All vendor’s merchandise and displays must be in good taste. Any reference to race, ethnic, sexual, or religious prejudice is not allowed. Snap pops, projectile toys, airsoft guns, counterfeit items, fake cigarettes are not allowed. Vendor is responsible for their area clean-up after festival. No part of vendor’s setup may extend beyond purchased space including trailer hitches, campers, canopies, etc. Additional space should be rented to accommodate. We make every effort to provide a successful and profitable festival for vendors and ask for your cooperation with festival guidelines. Those not complying will not be invited back. All accepted vendors will receive notification. Those not accepted will also be notified. If you apply, but do not receive notification or see name listed, please give us a call at 912-384-1873 to make sure it was received. Food vendors must meet minimum Georgia health codes and have a Cottage License or business license. Email to request a copy of the requirements. Official Wings & Things t-shirts and merchandise may only be sold by vendors licensed by the Douglas-Chamber Commerce. There is no rain date. All vendors are responsible for their own Georgia Sales Tax. Note: No power or water are available at vendor spots. Run-quiet generators are allowed. Vendors must not break down until the end of the festival. Preference will be given to professional food wagons and trailers due to health codes. 2nd Annual event estimated attendance 2,500-4,000. VENDOR AGREEMENT: I do hereby release and forever discharge the 2024 Wings & Things Festival and Fly-in Steering Committee, the City of Douglas, Douglas-Coffee Co Chamber of Commerce, its agents, servants, successors and assigns and all other persons, firms and corporations, from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, demands, damages, costs, loss of service, expenses and compensations, which I may acquire or may accrue, arising out of any events taking place April 19-20, 2024 or otherwise connected with the 2024 Wings & Things Festival and Fly-in.
