About the event

BEANS AND CORNBREAD Thousands will flock to the festival to enjoy the 2,000 lbs. of pinto beans stewing in giant cast iron cauldrons. The fest also features the Bean Fest Artisans Market on the Square that's filled with handmade crafts from around the state. GREAT ARKANSAS CHAMPIONSHIP OUTHOUSE RACES The ridiculous race showcases cleverly themed privies steered by drivers sitting on toilet seats. The "people powered potty" teams are racing for high stakes - the gold toilet seat award (and cash prize). MUSIC Music will be on the Courthouse Stage all weekend long. Don't forget to stop in the Pickin' Park to see both locals and pickers from out of town having mini jam sessions under the gazebos.

Bean Fest and Championship Outhouse Race
 
VENDOR APPLICATION FORM
Thank you for your participation in Bean Fest and Championship Outhouse Race October 25th & 26th 2024!
 
Vendor spots/locations will be decided on a first come, first serve basis!!
 
Fee: $150.00 for booth space and includes the $25.00 permit fee.
 
Non-Profit organizations are $100.00 per 10x12 space. Non-profits do not require a permit. 
 
 
Terms of Agreement:
1. Fee includes one 10 x 12 space. You must provide your own tent(s), table(s), and chair(s). Vendor space is limited. If purchasing multiple spaces, you may use the entire interior space, but leave 1' on each side of the larger booth. 
2. Your contract applications will be processed on a first come first serve basis. Vendors will not choose their location; this is to the discretion of the Chamber of Commerce. You may request a location, but this is not a guarantee.  
3. No refunds for vendor space. This is a rain or shine event. This event is outside. 
4. We reserve the right to select vendors so that we have a broad representation of products.
5. Set up time is 8:00 AM to 10:30 on Friday October 24th. Booths are to be open no later than noon on Friday. Booths are to be open no later than 9:00 AM on Saturday, October 25th. You may not tear down your booth any earlier than 5 PM on both event days.  
6. All vendors must list every item to be sold in their booth.  We reserve the right to not accept applications. If your application has been denied you will be notified by email. 
7. All canopy tents must be weighted at the corners to protect against high winds. We are not responsible for damage. 
8. We do not reserve parking for vendors. You can pull up to your assigned spot, unload, and then move your vehicle.  We do not provide vendor parking. You must find public parking for your trailer/vehicle. 
9. You may leave your items on the street overnight at your own risk. While Mountain View is a safe town, the Chamber of Commerce and the City of Mountain View cannot be held responsible for any of your items left unattended. However, the City Police Department will patrol the area every hour or so. 
10. Please remember to be courteous and welcoming to our visitors and event staff. The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to ask vendors to leave the event for any reason at any time.
 
Set-Up time is Friday, October 25th from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. or NO later than 9:00 a.m. Saturday, October 26th.

Prices

10x12 Booth $150 Non-refundable Single booth space is 12 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Electrical Outlet- 120V $50 Non-refundable Access to a single 15amp 120v receptacle.
Overflow Vendor Booth (off-site) 10x12 $100 Non-refundable This is an overflow vendor area, not located on the square - area is one block away near Centennial Bank.
10X12 Booth Non-Profit $100 Non-refundable Vendor must show proof of status prior to approval.
10x12 Merchandise Booth - Chamber Member $105 Non-refundable 10x12 merchandise booth - Chamber member
