About the event

Returning for a 3RD YEAR we welcome the holidays back to Huntington Village and the Huntington Holiday Spectacular! Join us and our friends Digho Arts as we host the Spectacular Holiday Markets on Wall Street, kicking off on Small Business Weekend through Christmas Eve! We take over Wall Street in Huntington Village next to the largest Christmas Tree on Long Island to feature all of our artists, artisans, makers and small businesses that make the local community strive. Due to the expected weather during this time our event will strictly run from 12-5PM We hope to see you all there!

THERE ARE NO RAIN DATES FOR EVENT - EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. PLEASE BE MINDFUL WHEN APPLYING AS VENDOR FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. IF VENDOR IS A NO-SHOW AND DOES NOT GIVE A 72-HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY FUTURE MARKETS AT THE HUNTINGTON SPECTACULAR.
 
DUE TO THE LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE AND THE POPULARITY OF THIS EVENT WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT 2 MAX DAYS PER APPLICATION. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR 4 DATES AS THEY WILL NOT ALL BE APPROVED. AVAILABILITY WILL BE UPDATED AS APPLICATIONS ARE APPROVED. VENDOR LINEUP WILL BE CURATED AND LIMITED TO CERTAIN AMOUNT OF VENDORS IN THE SAME CATEGORY. UNFORTUNATELY NOT ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE APPROVED.

THIS YEAR WE ALL VENDORS WILL BE ASSIGNED A HOLIDAY HUT WITHIN WALL STREET. HOLIDAY HUTS ARE 12FT IN LENGHT X 10FT IN DEPTH (OR CAN BE REFERRED TO AS GAZEBOS AND WILL BE PERMANENTLY PLACED ON WALL STREET DURING THE HOLIDAY SPECTACULAR. DURING OUR MARKET DAYS THEY WILL BE ASSIGNED TO VENDORS. HUTS ARE SPONSORED BY HUNTINGTON HOSPITAL NORTHWELL HEALTH & HUNTINGTON BID. THANK YOU TO ALL ADDITIONAL SPONSORS FOR ALLOWING VENDOR APPLICATIONS TO BE PRICED AT A DISCOUNTED RATE. 
 
NO CREDITS FROM PREVIOUS EVENTS CAN BE APPLIED TO THIS SPECIFIC EVENT. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.

RAIN DATES: As mentioned prior these markets are rain or shine as Holiday Huts are now provided to all participating vendors. There are no refunds or credits given if you are not able to attend event dates, please notify us 72 hours if any cancellations need to be made.
 
TIER A:  VISUAL ARTISTS, ARTISANS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, CERAMIC/POTTERY MAKERS AND CROCHETERS 
TIER B: JEWELRY, CANDLE MAKERS, NON-COMMERCIAL CLOTHING, PRESS-ON/CUSTOM ITEMS, WELLNESS PRODUCTS AND ANY OTHER UNIQUE SMALL BUSINESS (NO FOOD VENDORS)

When checking out please select your correct tier - all applications are subject to be changed by the auditor if we notice the wrong tier has been selected. Product photos must be uploaded or application will not be reviewed. All Holiday Huts will be audited before the event - if you are selling outside of the tier selected, extra fee will be charged at that time.
 
Please be mindful that HOLIDAY HUTS are now provided and all spaces will be pre-assigned. Our team will curate the event to the best of our abilities and we ask that you refrain from any placement requests. Tables or any additional set-up materials are not provided and must be supplied by the vendor. This change has been made to further our organization of the event and provide a better vendor experience overall. 
 
 
Why is there different pricing tiers?
Our original mission at Colored Colors was providing opportunities for local artists of mixed media discipline. We want to provide opportunities for ALL but we lean towards a more affordable space for our artists. We still encourage small businesses to join our events as we have still priced our fees relatively lower than other event organizers throughout the state of NY. 
 
PRICING INCREASES AFTER NOVEMBER 5TH WITH A $15 LATE SUBMISSION FEE APPLIED
 
What else do I receive with my vendor fee? 
Our pricing includes personal recap photos, flyers for promotional purposes, personalized commemorative lanyards, cross-promotion on our socials pre and post event, and customer service access leading into the event.
 
Vendor fee will be charged after we confirm your application. Until the vendor fee is completed your space will not be guaranteed or held. Your submission is not a confirmation for participation. If your card declines we will try again within 24 hours, if this occurs twice your application will be rejected and needed to submitted once more.
 
Please be mindful that this event might have a waitlist as we can only offer 12 spaces per event date. We apologize for any inconvenience if your application is not able to be approved for our Spectacular Holiday Markets 2023. 

Terms & Conditions

Colored Colors nor Digho Arts are liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors or patrons are within limits of the event. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. 
 
In addition each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products.
 
Colored Colors nor Digho Arts are responsible for any sales that the vendor must make. We do not take any commission of your sales after the vendor fee is paid.  We take responsibility in marketing this event through all our socials, community partners and within event outlets throughout our community. 
 
In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, and forces of nature or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond the respective control, the event will be postponed. In the event an event is FULLY cancelled by Colored Colors, Digho Arts and Huntington Village BID the contract is null and void (no longer valid) and vendors will receive a full refund. 
 
REFUND POLICY: EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE FOR ALL DATES. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNLESS FULL CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. THIS DECISION WILL BE MADE BY COLORED COLORS, DIGHO ARTS & HUNTINGTON VILLAGE BID. 
 
To protect our business the following Refund Policies are put into place starting January 1st 2023. 
There are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY TYPE OF CANCELLATIONS. If you do not advise of a cancellation 72 hours prior to the event and are a no-show, vendor will not be able to participate in any future Spectacular Holiday Markets in Huntington Village.

Holiday Huts are provided and assigned to all participating vendors. Event is rain or shine.
