About the application
After your application is approved, you can select your booth.
Application Fees:
The non-refundable application fee will be charged upon submission. Please ensure you complete the correct application.
Entry Fees:
All entry fees will be charged UPON APPROVAL this year.
Late Registration Fee:
A Late Registration Fee of $200 applies for applications received after the deadline.
Cancellation/No Show Fee:
A fee is charged for cancellations within 30 days of the festival event or if you do not check in on the day of the festival. This fee is non-refundable.
Cleaning Fee:
A fee is charged to vendors who leave boxes, packaging, or excessive trash in their booth after load-out. Once charged, this fee is non-refundable.

The application submission does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor.
Applications will be reviewed, and vendors will be selected at the discretion of the market organizers.
Booth Setup:
Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup and decorations, following the spooky and Halloween-themed market atmosphere. Booths must meet safety and health standards as required by local authorities.
Items and Pricing:
Vendors are expected to offer an item that aligns with the Halloween theme.
Pricing should be fair and competitive.
Compliance:
Vendors must comply with all local health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Alcohol service, if applicable, must be conducted in accordance with local laws.
Insurance:
Vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance coverage. The Boo and Brew Farmers Market is not liable for any vendor-related incidents.
Payment and Fees:
Accepted vendors will be required to pay a booth fee upon confirmation. Fees are non-refundable and due by the specified deadline.
Event Dates and Times:
Vendors must be present and operational during the market's operating hours.
Set-up and breakdown times will be provided in advance.
Cancellations:
Vendors who cancel after acceptance may forfeit their booth fee.
Conduct:
Vendors are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with event organizers, attendees, and fellow vendors. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the market.Marketing and Promotion:

Permission is granted to market organizers to use vendor information and images for promotional purposes.
