Thank you for your interest in this year's Texas SandFest Booth Space. We offer more options this year for vendor space. With the following options you can choose from the following:

Terms & Conditions

  1.  have read the Vendor Agreement, and agree to al terms and conditions.
  2. I agree that, in consideration of participating in the Texas SandFest, myself and my company will release Texas SandFest, its partners, officers, employees, subcontractors, volunteers and agents from any liability arising from myself and my company's use of the vendor space at Texas SandFest and agree to indemnify and defend Texas SandFest, its partners, officers, employees, subcontractors, volunteers and agents for any damages, claim for damages or other litigation resulting from my participation in Texas SandFest.
  3. I certify that I have the authority for the organization represented to bind said organization to this agreement.

Prices

Main Thoroughfare 10x10 Booth Spaces (Spaces 16 - 62) SOLD OUT Non-refundable The Main Thoroughfare 10x10 Booth Space of $600.00 will be charged to the credit card provided once you are approved. Any cancellations will need to be requested by March 19, 2024. There will be a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50.00.
Roadside 30x30 Booth Space (Spaces 2 - 21 and Spaces 43 - 51) SOLD OUT Non-refundable The Roadside Booth Space of $1500.00 will be charged to the credit card provided once you are approved. Any cancellations will need to be requested by March 19, 2024. There will be a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50.00.
Premium Roadside 30x30 Booth Space (Spaces 22 - 42) $2,000 Non-refundable The Premium Roadside Booth Space of $2000.00 will be charged to the credit card provided once you are approved. Any cancellations will need to be requested by March 19, 2024. There will be a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50.00.
10x15 Non-Food Single booth (South Side) $600 Non-refundable
Insurance Fee $169 Non-refundable Haas and Wilkerson Insurance Fee
