The Great Falls Annual Art Studio Tour is going VIRTUAL this year with video tours of creative spaces, artists interviews, online events and demos. Even shop our online gallery to perk up your life with art purchased direct from its local Great Falls VA maker. Access the tour at and shop from here starting Saturday, November 14 at 10am ET.

About the registration

Would you like to sell some of your work during this year's Virtual Studio Tour? Sales will take place between November 14-30. All applicants must be members of Great Falls Studios in good standing. There is no cost to participate. Artists agree to pay 10% commission on these sales to Great Falls Studios. Artists will also be charged a 5% transaction fee by Eventeny plus standard credit card processing fees on any sales. You can also use this store to show your work, process, add video etc. without offering it for sale.

Terms & Conditions

Artists agree to pay 10% commission on these sales to Great Falls Studios (up to $300 max for the event) plus the 5% transaction fee plus credit card processing fee that will be charged by Eventeny. Payments will be made directly to the artist. Artists also agree to ship or deliver on a timely basis (within 7 business days of the transaction. Artist set mode of delivery or pickup for work and shipping/delivery charges. Artists will receive information about the purchaser. By submitting this application, the artist agrees to all terms.

Picture requirements

  • Minimum pictures required: 1
  • Include one headshot photo of you creating or in front of your work (optional). Also include your own main studio tour image (required). Once application is completed and approved, you will have the opportunity to add many more images you would like to offer for sale, a blurb, contact info, when you will be available for live or online visit (optional), etc. Images should be set at 72 dpi, 750 pixels on the longest side, sRGB color space. You will be approved ... as long as you are a Great Falls Studios member and agree to the terms. Images you upload do not need to be ones you would like to put up into your "store/studio." Keeping it simple at this point is best. Save the rest of the fun for later. Any art offered for sale through this site must be exclusively offered here for the sale period only. Artist is responsible to update their listing between the time of entry and tour opening in case of prior sale. Number of items offered for sale can be 1 to 20.
