Terms & Conditions
Once your application has been accepted your payment will be automatically charged to the card on file. No refunds will be given after application acceptance. GENERAL POLICIES
- Festival will be held rain or shine.
- Fees are non-refundable after acceptance.
- Carlos Creek Winery reserves the right to refuse any vendor.
- NO CAMPING ALLOWED ON CARLOS CREEK WINERY PROPERTY.
- All vendors must provide their own liability insurance, tent, tables, cords, signage, change, etc.
- All vendors must setup their own booth - our staff will not be available to assist.
- Only food items approved by Carlos Creek during the selection process may be sold.
- Carlos Creek Winery is not responsible for accidents or stolen items.
- Unruly behavior (including intoxication, verbal abuse or threatening behaviors) will not be tolerated.
- Animals/Pets are not allowed on festival grounds.
- Anyone under 21 is not allowed on festival ground Friday & Saturday unless they are working. Ask for an under 21 wristband for employees under 21.
