Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the St. Charles Fall Sip & Shop Collective.  Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
Application Process:
- Vendors will be approved or denied within 2 weeks of application.
- If your application is not approved, your fee will be returned.    Rules/Things to Know:
- MLM's and network marketing businesses can apply. Only 1 MLM Company will be approved for event. MLM are companies like (Avon, Paparazzi, Mary Kay, etc.)
- Food + Drink Vendors must be licensed and insured (No Exceptions)
- Electrical outlets are not available (generators are welcome)
- Vendors cannot share booths with other Vendors
- Email contact us @ thwhealthyhairsolutions@gmail.com for any inquiries   SETUP Instructions:
- Set up will be from 7am - 10am.
(All Vendors must be set up by 10am!!).

- Vendor + Food Truck spaces will be pre-assigned before Event.
- If you are not set-up by 10 AM, you will forfeit your vendor booth and not be allowed to set-up. (NO REFUND)
 
WHAT TO BRING:
- Table, Chairs, and any equipment for your setup.
- Tent, tent weights, etc.
- Bring water!
- Electrical outlets not available. Bring a generator if electric is needed.   FAQs
- What time does event start and end? The Sip & Shop opens @ 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
- What if there is rain? Events are rain or shine except for inclement weather. If inclement weather occurs, event will be rescheduled to next best date available at venue location.
- Can I have a refund if I miss an event? Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
  • - Can I leave the event before it ends? If you have to leave we do understand.

10x10 Booth $200.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
