About the application
Location: Purdue University-Fort Wayne Children's Fest is an outdoor event, rain or shine. All booths must be open and staffed from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm for either Friday or Saturday, or both days. Three Rivers Festival reserves the right to decline any application. Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. Booth Activity:
Participating groups must offer a FREE child focused activity, giveaway or interactive experience at their booth. Examples: face painting, temporary tattoos, bean bag toss, duck ponds, crafts, coloring books, free samples, etc.
NO SELLING is permitted at Children's Fest. Expect 5,000 children at the event each day. Be prepared with an adequate staffing and supplies. Booth Details:Set Up Information:Set up for Children's Fest will be Friday, July 19th, between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. For Saturday only vendors, set up will be between 8:00 am and 10:00 am on Saturday. All vendors must be ready to open by 10:00 am. Load out must be completed by 6:00 pm on Saturday. If you are only there on Friday, please remove your booth by Friday, 6:00 pm to allow for the Saturday vendors to come in. Booth Space:10' x 10' Non-Profit $95.0010' x 10' Commercial $175.00 The vendor fee is the same if you participate for one or both days. All vendors are to provide their booth set up needs. If you wish, you can rent tables and chairs from us. Please make your selections below. Limit of 2 tables and 2 chairs per booth. Tables are $2.00 each and chairs are $1.00 each. If you want a tent for your booth, we recommend a branded tent. All tents must be vendor-provided and self-supporting as staking is not allowed. Order or bring weights to secure your tent. If you are renting a tent, TRF recommends Mutton Party & Tent Rental (260) 432-8636. For any deliveries, please order using the same name as shown on this application. This will make the delivery process much smoother. Please notify the Festival office who you will be renting from before the event.
