About the application
- Early bird registration will start on September 18th, 2023. Pricing and deadlines are as follows:
- $50 - Early Bird Application (September 18th to October 15th, 2023)
- $65 - Standard Application (October 16th to December 31st, 2023)
- $80 - Last Minute Application (January 1st to February 29th, 2024)
- Applications will be reviewed by our jury from March 1st to March 15th, 2024.
- Any vendors that miss the application deadline will be able to submit directly to the waitlist for a fee of $25.
- Please note that all applications submitted to the waitlist after February 29th, 2024 will not be evaluated by the jury or have any guarantee of admission. Judged applications will take precedent on the waitlist and you may only be selected once all of these applications on the waitlist have been placed.
- Notification of your application status will be sent on March 18th, 2024.
- Some vendors may be waitlisted, application fees are non-refundable regardless of jury decision.
- If accepted, please submit all outstanding registration requirements (if any) by May 10th, 2024. All approved vendors must have completed registrations as we will be charging the registration fees at this date. Late registrations will be moved to the waitlist.
- Marketplace vendors do not have access to electricity. If you require electricity, please provide your own quiet generator.
- Generators will now be allowed to be placed on sidewalks. You are responsible for providing your own extension cord(s) as well making sure any cord in the walkway is adequately covered to prevent a tripping hazard.
- Marketplace vendors must obtain and display an ND Sales & Use permit and submit this information during registration.
- Marketplace vendors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance during registration. Please see "Insurance Requirements" in the Vendor Agreement and Code of Conduct.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- The Vendor Agreement and Code of Conduct must be read, signed, and uploaded during the application process. See "Related files" for a copy of this document.
- North Dakota Sales and Use Tax Permit or One Time Remittance Form must be obtained and provided WITH REGISTRATION. Failure to provide either of these documents during the registration process may result in the waitlisting of your application.
- A certificate of liability insurance coverage must be provided during the registration process. See "Insurance Requirements" in the Vendor Agreement and Code of Conduct.
- A valid credit or debit card must be entered for the initial application fee and later registration fee.
- All active COVID-19 protocols must be adhered to, if in place at the time of the Street Fair. See "COVID-19 Regulations" in the Vendor Agreement and Code of Conduct.
