Selected vendors will be notified in advance of the event.4. **Event Space Allocation:** Event organizers will allocate vendor spaces, and these allocations are non-transferable. Vendors must adhere to the specified space and setup guidelines provided by event organizers.5. **Menu and Pricing:** Vendors are responsible for providing a diverse and attractive menu. Pricing should be reasonable and competitive. Any changes to the menu or pricing must be communicated and approved by event organizers in advance.6. **Health and Safety:** Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe food preparation area. Compliance with local health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices is mandatory.7. **Insurance and Liability:** Vendors must have adequate liability insurance coverage for their operations during the event. Event organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred by vendors or their patrons.8. **Vendor Fees:** Vendor fees, if applicable, will be communicated upon acceptance of the application.
