About the application

With the merriest time of the year approaching, Trilith welcomes the holiday season with Light Up Trilith on November 25 from 2:00-7:00 p.m. This Winter Wonderland event will feature a tree lighting, a holiday jazz concert by Joe Gransden Big Band, and a holiday market place hosted by Southern Woman Magazine. Families can also enjoy pictures with Santa, Christmas train rides, face painting, campfire s’mores, hot chocolate, food trucks, and more! We are excited for your interest in participating as a food vendor.

Some FAQs:1) Can I hook up to power? = No, silent generators are required. 2) What kind of permits are required? = Fayette County DPH Permit 3) Internet connectivity?= No Wifi, bring your "hotspot".4) Where will the event be held? = Along Trilith Parkway and at the cross street of Morrison Ave.5) How many visitors do you anticipate having this year at the event? = We anticipate 800-1000 guests throughout the event.6) Who attends the event? = EVERYONE! We'll have families, creatives, business people, dreamers, artists, activists... people working in the area, people living in the area, This event will draw from Atlanta and the Fayette County area.
7) Why is there a fee to participate? = This small cost covers our team's set-up/break down cost for the event. Please note: If your organization is a 501C3 charity, contact us and we can discuss waiving the charge.

About the event

Town at Trilith is excited to announce the "Light Up Trilith" event, set to take place on Saturday, Nov. 25, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. This enchanting winter wonderland celebration promises a festive atmosphere filled with entertainment and activities for all ages. For All to Enjoy: Tree Lighting: Witness the illumination of a magnificent holiday tree to kick off the season. Campfire S'mores: Savor the warmth and deliciousness of campfire s'mores (Free while supplies last, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.) Hot Chocolate and Food Trucks: Delight in a variety of culinary delights from food trucks including Kettleworks, Little Miss Juicy, Lisa Creperie, and more. Photo Op VW Bus: Capture memorable moments with a Christmas-themed VW bus. Workshops: Register in advance for gingerbread and holiday ornament workshops. Holiday Jazz Concert: Delight in the soulful sounds of the "Joe Gransden Big Band" (5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.) with a special performance by Orquesta MaCuba (3:45 p.m. to 5 p.m.). Curated Holiday Marketplace: Discover unique holiday gifts and crafts hosted by Southern Woman magazine. Pet Pictures with Santa: Bring your pet for pictures with Santa from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Trilith’s own Pet Wants store. For Children and Families to Enjoy: Kids Zone: Children will be entertained with complimentary activities from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. including bouncy houses, balloon artists, a reindeer food-making station, face painters, watercolor Christmas card-making station, and more. Pictures with Santa: Create cherished memories with Santa Claus (4 p.m. to 7 p.m.) Christmas Train Rides: Experience the magic of our Christmas train (2 p.m. to 5 p.m.) Giving Back: A "Pajama Drive" encourages guests to bring new pajamas for children ages 0-18, which will be collected by The Bloom Closet, a local non-profit organization.

Terms & Conditions

Here's how the application/approval process works:
1) Submit your application. Application must have your GA Department of Ag Food Sales Establishment License uploaded. 
2) The Light Up Trilith committee will review applications..
3) You will receive an email with your approval and additional details.
4) Within the approval application email you will have a link to reserve your space.  You MUST follow this link to request your space. 
5) You will receive an email confirming your booth assignment.  
6) A week or two prior to the event you will receive "Day of Show" instructions  (set-up times, break-down time, etc.)
