43rd Annual Chester County BBQ Festival

The Chester County BBQ Festival invites you to be a part of the fun! If you are a professional food vendor, do not fill out this application, please call the chamber office for more information 731-989-5222. Please note our new registration process. You will be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register. Booth size is 10'x10'. Vendors provide their own pop-up tent/canopy and it can be no larger than 10'x10'. In the interest of safety, vendors must keep their tent stakes and any wires covered. Vendors must provide their own weights to secure your tent. You cannot use stakes on the street. Rates for 10'x10' are as follows: Chester County Chamber of Commerce Member Standard Booth: $50 Premium Booth w/electricity: $70 Non-Chamber Member Standard Booth: $150 Premium Booth w/electricity: $170 Soda/Water Fee $25

Please download, print off and sign the BBQ Festival Policies and Requirements. Vendor must bring signed form with them the day of the festival.
