About the application

  • Sign up now to reserve your place at the coolest new sci-fi fandom convention in Colorado. 
  • Artists and dealers will be contacted on a rolling basis as spots are filled.

Terms & Conditions

  • An application does not guarantee a space at GalactiCon.
  • Final Table placement is at GalactiCon’s discretion.
    • Requests will be considered.
  • Artists and dealers will be contacted on a rolling basis as spots are filled.
  • Prices will be announced once determined.
  • Artist and Dealer table pricing will go up as we get closer to the convention.
  • A link will be provided for payment once a space has been offered.
  • All payments are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Each table comes with 2 badges.  Additional badges can be purchased.
  • All sales will require a Denver retail sales tax application completed by the start of the convention.
  • Community tables cannot perform sales, donations can be accepted by registered nonprofit organizations.  Documentation must be available upon request.
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed at the Denver Marriott Tech Center.  No tables (Artists, Community, or Dealers) are allowed to sell or distribute anything edible.
  • All tables must remain setup during Dealer’s Room operating hours. Violation may result in monetary penalty.
  • Early breakdown may only begin after 2 on Sunday.
  • Macterprise LLC, dba GalactiCon is not responsible for theft or damage of items before, during, or after the convention.

Prices

Featured Space SOLD OUT Non-refundable Featured spaces are 8 feet wide and 8 feet deep. Two 6 foot tables and four chairs are included. Spaces are end caps of the rows and edge spaces that have higher visibility.
Inline Space $275 Non-refundable Inline spaces are 8 feet wide and 8 feet deep. One 6 foot table and two chairs are included.
Outside Space $150 Non-refundable Outside spaces are not in the Dealers room, these are additional 6 foot tables that are being made available. They are not secured and no responsibility for materials left at them overnight will be taken by the convention.
Additional Badge $50 Non-refundable Additional badges for your staff. You will already receive two badges with your space if approved, please only select this if you need more badges.
