About the event

We welcome you back to our 2nd annual LatinX Heritage Festival hosted alongside the Art League of Long Island. As we celebrate Latin Heritage Month at the start of September we will be bringing back our festival to close it. A gallery show featuring NY Latinx Artists, a panel talk with Latinx Leaders, Multicultural Vendor Market and live entertainment on our new MAIN STAGE! We are excited to create this festival on Long Island to celebrate Latinx Culture & Heritage. Event is sponsored by Legislator Emanuel Esteban

THIS EVENT IS ONLY OPEN TO VENDORS THAT ARE FROM LATINX HERITAGE TO STAY TRUE TO OUR CELEBRATION. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS MIGHT BRING TO OTHERS. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CHECK OUT THE OTHER EVENTS WE HAVE PLANNED FOR THE FALL.

EVENT TIME:  10-5PM
LOCATION: The Art League of Long Island - 107 E Deer Park Rd Dix Hills NY 11746
 
RAIN DATE: Event is outdoors. Please be mindful of the rain dates listed for each event date. Postponement of original scheduled date will only occur if there is inclement weather during the time of the event.
 
BOOTH AVAILABILITY: This application is for ARTISTS, ARTISANS, CRAFT MAKERS AND FOOD VENDORS OF LATINX HERITAGE.
 
TENT SPACES: This event will only feature tent spaces that will be set-up on the outdoors festival grounds. The space allowed will be for a 10ft x 10ft tent to be set-up. You are able to use this space in whichever way you'd like as long as it doesn't exceed 10ft x 10ft. 
 
TENTS ARE MANDATORY AND MUST BE SUPPLIED BY THE VENDOR, NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
 
Is this to showcase my artwork at the gallery space?

Why is this event only open to vendors of Latinx Heritage?
To stay true to our mission of celebrating Latinx Heritage we want to celebrate and feature LatinX vendors. We understand that our mission is to support all artists makers and small businesses but this is one of those few exceptions. 
 
What else do I receive with my vendor fee? 
Our pricing includes personal recap photos, flyers for promotional purposes, personalized commemorative lanyards, cross-promotion on our socials pre and post event, and customer service access leading into the event.

 
Vendor fee will be completed after we confirm your application. Until the vendor fee is completed your space will not be guaranteed or held. Your submission is not a confirmation for participation. If your card declines we will try again within 24 hours, if this occurs twice your application will be rejected and needed to submitted once more.
 
 

Terms & Conditions

Colored Colors is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors or patrons are within limits of the event. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. 
 
In addition each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products.
 
Colored Colors is not responsible for any sales that the vendor must make. We do not take any commission of your sales after the vendor fee is paid.  We take responsibility in marketing this event through all our socials, community partners and within event outlets throughout our community. 
 
In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, and forces of nature or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond the respective control, the event will be postponed. In the event an event is FULLY cancelled by Colored Colors, the contract is null and void (no longer valid) and vendors will receive a full refund. 
 
REFUND POLICY: EVENT IS HOLDING A RAIN DATE FOR ALL DATES WHICH WILL ONLY BE ACTIVATED WITH INCLEMENT WEATHER. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNLESS FULL CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. THIS DECISION WILL BE MADE BY COLORED COLORS & PARTNERING ORGANIZATIONS. 
 
To protect our business the following Refund Policies are put into place starting January 1st 2023. 
There are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY TYPE OF CANCELLATIONS. In the event of a last minute cancellation, you will have the option to receive 50% of your paid vendor fee to be used as a credit for another event.
