About the application

All exhibitors or vendors must be dog centric to apply! Please read all information carefully and follow all instructions when filling out and submitting the application. Do not leave any area blank or assume we already have your information. The Vendor Committee limits the overall number and type of vendors for each event. Therefore, applications will be considered based on previous experience and professionalism. We strongly encourage potential vendors to submit completed applications as soon as possible as spaces will fill up quickly. We look forward to reviewing your application! 

About the event

Bring your pooch and enjoy the last days of summer at East Roswell Park! This FREE event will include interactive activities and local vendors that cater just to man’s best friend and their owners! Attendees enjoy canine activities, vendors, food, music, family fun.

Terms & Conditions

1)BOOTH RENTAL: Exhibitors/vendors will bring their own 10’x10′ tent, lights, as well as tables needed. Electricity is not guaranteed, please bring your own generators. Please request below to discuss electrical needs. All tents must be weighted, no staking allowed!2) APPROVAL PROCESS: Acceptance will be based on event experience, number of vendors with similar items, and booth availability.
3) BOOTH PLACEMENT:  Vendor preferences will be taken into consideration, but the final decision for placement is by the Event Planning Committee.
4) LOAD-IN: Detailed instructions will be provided prior to event.
5) WEATHER: The event is rain-or-shine. It is the responsibility of each vendor to bring weather-proofing gear and supplies as needed, such as tarps. The event may shut down temporarily in the event of severe and dangerous weather conditions, such as hurricanes or tornados, etc, and will re-open when conditions are deemed safe again.
6) CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: There will be no refunds. Please ensure your availability and staff prior to committing.7) LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE: I, hereby assume all responsibility for, and risks and hazards of, participation in the rental activity planned by my group. In considerations of the City of Roswell providing permission to use the space requested, I, and all members of my rental group, do hereby release the City of Roswell, including all officials, officers, employees, sponsors, organizers, supervisors, volunteers, participants, and all other agents, of any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatever kind and nature, arising from and by reason of, and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, bodily and personal injuries, damage to property, and the consequences thereof, resulting from participation in the rental activity planned in the City of Roswell. By reading this information and submitting this vendor application, you are agreeing to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers for Doggy Daze 2023 and made a part hereof by reference. Any violation of these guidelines will result in forfeiture of the designated area without refund
