About the application

For 4 years, Food That Rocks has been proud to be the premier Sandy Springs event to celebrate our local restaurants. Today’s challenging time will not allow us to produce our event showcasing food, wine, beer, cocktail tastes and live music; however, we believe the time is right for us to do all we can to help support our Sandy Springs restaurants and connect you with your existing customers and gain new customers too. to send all of our friends and followers to your restaurant for takeout and dine in where available. Salute to Our Sandy Springs Restaurants promotion will take place for seven days. No cost for you to participate and every dollar spent by guests will go directly to your restaurant. Foodies from Sandy Springs, Atlanta and the Southeast will be encouraged to feast on your existing menu via takeout, delivery or dine-in or feel free to create a special menu item(s) as long as its available for all 7 days. Every diner will also be encouraged to vote for their favorite “menu items” on our FoodThatRocks.org website. All Best of winners will be announced on Friday, July 17, 2020. Together we will survive and thrive! About the event

Terms & Conditions

Food That Rocks will provide participating restaurants: * Marketing and promotions of your restaurant to thousands of foodies, families and consumers who are your customers or potential customers * FREE marketing and promotion of your restaurant * Restaurant logo, phone number, menu items with photos, description and cost along with link to your website for purchases to be made * Social media exposure to 150,000+ Taste of Atlanta and Food That Rocks friends and followers * Traditional and digital advertising about promotion * Mention in press release(s) sent to local and regional media * Restaurant name on promotional post cards and brochures given out by participating restaurants and Sandy Springs’ businesses * Inclusion in post event email sent to all voters * Chance to win “Best of” awards in one of several categories along with recognition on Food That Rocks website and local media Your restaurant will provide Food That Rocks: * Restaurant will have 1, 2 or 3 “Salute to Sandy Springs” designated menu items available for diners to order for takeout, delivery and dine in, if available. All items will be highlighted with a “Food That Rocks” icon (graphic provided by Food That Rocks) for diners to know what items can be voted for * Social media posts, E-newsletter inclusion and Food that Rocks logo and link on restaurant website for this city-wide promotion (logo, copy & graphics provided by Food That Rocks) * Distribution of event post cards and brochures in all restaurant takeout bag and at host stand * One (1) $25 gift card and swag (if available) for online giveaways and promotions * Post event restaurant sales report of designated menu items sold during promotional period July 4 – 10, 2020. Report will be emailed to Food That Rocks no later than July 17
