Live More Marketplace Vendor Application

Welcome to the Live More Marketplace, a monthly event that highlights small businesses, artists, local entrepreneurs, and creatives in the Philadelphia area. Don't miss this chance to showcase your business and be part of a meaningful event that features a diverse range of artists, makers, and entrepreneurs, each with their own unique stories and products.  Review Process: After you submit your application, our team will conduct a thorough review of your work to consider you for the event within 48 hours. If selected and approved, your registration fee will be charged.  Setup Details: All vendors are provided with a 6ft x 6ft floor space suitable for one table and are required to bring their own table, grid panel displays, easels, etc for presentation.  Setup on the day of event begins at 10am. The Fitness and Creativity Expo at the Live More Marketplace offers a dynamic blend of group wellness sessions, product demonstrations, and engaging fitness activities, creating a holistic experience for attendees. Alongside these invigorating offerings, the vibrant marketplace provides a captivating platform for talented artists and creative entrepreneurs to showcase their work and innovative creations. This event is hosted by Walls For Justice, Mural Miles, and Live 24HRS.

REFUNDS /CANCELLATION/VENDOR CREDIT: 
 
Live More Marketplace DOES NOT offer refunds for any reason. No refunds in case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by governmental agencies to cancel the event, over which Live More Marketplace has no control. Vendor credit towards a future event will be assessed on an individual basis and dependent on special circumstances but NOT guaranteed as withdrawals/cancellations affect the whole market. Any withdrawal/cancellation requests must be requested 2 weeks in advance of the event to be considered for vendor credit. 
 
ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
 
I agree to indemnify and hold Live More Marketplace their officials, staff, and agents harmless of and from any and all actions, causes of actions of every kind in law or equity, suits, debts, liens, contracts, agreements, promises, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, obligations, loss, costs, and expense of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, including, with limitation, attorney’s fees and court costs through and including any appeals, taxable or otherwise, incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in the Live More Marketplace, including but not limited to, any claims which might be made by myself, my co-workers, my agents, my employees, and/or any member of the general public.
 
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the security of my own property and expressly assume all risk of loss and/or damage to property arising either directly or indirectly from my participation in the Live More Marketplace. I understand and agree that Live More Marketpace is in no way responsible for my property or its safekeeping.
