Celebrate Fuquay-Varina is an annual event celebrating all things Fuquay-Varina. The Artist Village brings together artists from around the area with wonderful handmade wares. This event is in person on Oct. 7th. The online shops will open on Oct. 4th and remain open until 4pm on Oct. 7th.

About the application

Thank you for your interest in the 2023 Celebrate Fuquay-Varina Artist Village. We are very excited to be offering this event in-person and virtually again this year. Celebrate is a day to celebrate all things Fuquay-Varina. This event will include food, music, artists and other activities. This event is in person on Oct. 7th. The online shops will open on Oct. 4th and remain open until 4pm on Oct. 7th. 
 
Upon approval of your application please pay your booth fee ($65) and begin setting up your virtual market. In-person event details including set up time will be sent out by email at the beginning the week of Oct. 2nd. The virtual market is not required but recommended.
 
Vendors are expected to arrive at the scheduled time for drop off and unloading and be set up by 10am for the start of the event. Vendors need to remain set up until the event concludes at 4pm. Late arrival and early clean up may affect future acceptance.

Terms & Conditions

The Arts Center reserves the right to remove any products deemed inappropriate or outside of the scope of the event parameters.
 
All work must be handmade and the original design of the exhibitor. No exceptions. 
 
Beverages, including bottled water, and food products cannot be sold or given away from vendor's space. 
 
Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, display units and tent canopy.
 
Raffles, drawings and contests must be pre-approved by the Arts Center. 
 
It is required that work displayed or exhibited at Celebrate Fuquay-Varina is consistent with the application and images submitted by the Artist.
 
Selection is by jury only. The decisions of the jury is final. 
 
Vendors can share a both space with another vendor. Both vendors must apply individually and indicated in the special requests section the vendor they would like to share a space with. Only one fee will be charged for the space. 
 
We do not accept resale items including products made from kits.
 
All vendors must be local to North Carolina. 
 
Food vendors are not accepted for this event.
