Free and open to the public, this event is the premier business to community connections event in Citrus County. Last year we had over 50 vendors participate to meet new clients and prospects. This also presents an opportunity for local businesses to begin building new professional relationships.

Terms & Conditions

REGISTRATION: Submitting this application does not guarantee a space at the expo. All applicants will be reviewed for approval. You will be notified by email within one week as to whether your application has been approved. Exhibitor selection and approval is at the sole discretion of the Chamber staff. We will accept no more than three providers of the same product or service. Preference will be given to Chamber members. For information on joining the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce, please contact Janet at 352-795-3149 or janet@citruscountychamber.com. The deadline to apply is September 7th or until sold out. SET UP / TEAR DOWN Exhibit space is 8' x 8'. Exhibitors will be provided one 8 ft. table and two folding chairs which will be set up in your assigned space. There are limited perimeter spaces with access to an electrical outlet. They will be assigned first come, first served when requested. The fee for access to electricity is an additional $10.00. You must provide your own extension cord. No exhibitor may sublet, bring in representation of a secondary commercial or charity to jointly work a booth or change the name of what has been approved on the original application. Exhibitors must keep their display within the space provided. The auditorium prohibits the mounting of signs, banners, etc. on the walls. This is strictly enforced. If you do not follow this rule, you will be charged a $50.00 damage fee. All exhibits must be ready by 8:45 a.m. the day of the event. Exhibitors must leave all areas behind or beside their exhibit space free of clutter, trash, debris, etc. Plan to keep extra inventory, literature, boxes, trash, etc. out of the display area. Early breakdown will not be permitted. Moving, trading or relocating assigned space is prohibited. Exhibit space must be left clean after tear down. No trash, trash bags, empty boxes, etc. may be left behind. Smoking and vaping within the auditorium is strictly prohibited. No exhibitors with materials that link to, show or infer sexual content. No exhibitors that conduct or encourage illegal or unethical activity.

I understand that an accepted application is a commitment to show and remain for the entire event, with exception to evere weather conditions. In such an occurrence, exhibitors will be granted permission to leave by the Citrus County Chamber staff.
