Rules for food vendors:
-Application deadline is June 6, 2021.
-Complete the entire application and submit all requested documents.
-Please be sure that your uploaded menu includes all items and prices that you will be selling at the event.
- A completed application does not mean a space is guaranteed.
-Number and variety of vendors will be determined by the City of Lilburn.
-The City of Lilburn may remove a vendor for any reason.
-If you submit an application for a specific truck or setup, that truck and set up should be the only one at the event. You can not substitute a truck unless this was arranged in advance with the Event Coordinator.
-No Show trucks will be dropped from future events with no refund.
-Vendors will be scheduled for arrival by the City of Lilburn Event Coordinator and should be set up and ready by 3:00 pm. No sells after 10:00 pm.
-Only accepted vendors who have paid their fee will be permitted.
-Upon arrival you will be escorted into the park by an Event Attendant. Do not enter the park without an escort.
-Please stay off of the grass and remain along the gravel path.
-Vendors must have their own tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, lighting, and water.
-All tents must be weighted and can not be staked.
-If a generator is used it must be quiet as to not disturb other vendors or the event.
-Grease will only be allowed in self contained cooking units and cannot be disposed of in the park.
-Tent vendors can not cook with grease.
-You can not serve alcohol or anything in glass bottles.
-No break down until after the event has ended at 10 p.m.
-All trash must be removed from the booth space at the end of the event and taken to the main trash dumpster.
-All food vendors must have an operational fire extinguisher at their booth space.
-Vendor agrees to stay for the duration of the event.
- You will be escorted out of the park by an Event Attendant once the crowd disperses.
-All events are outside rain or shine.
- The City of Lilburn reserves the right to approve or deny food vendor applications. The city does not guarantee that food vendors will have exclusive rights to sell a particular item. Similar items may be available for sale at the event.

The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury. Applicant agrees to abide by industry standards relating to safe food handling, preparation, and service.
All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event.
