About the application

Lollypop Farm welcomes vendor applications for its 26th Annual Barktoberfest on Saturday, September 23rd from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Approximately 2,000 animal-loving attendees enjoy shopping, food, canine activities, music, and family fun on our beautiful Fairport campus. Fine art and craft, NYS food/beverage, and pet-related businesses may apply using this free application*. VENDOR APPLICATION FEE: Free, Applications will be reviewed and vendors accepted on a rolling basis. Space is limited. You will only be charged if accepted as a Barktoberfest vendor.BOOTH FEE: (10’x10’) $60, for applications received by July 7th; $75 for applications received after July 7th.Exhibitor fee is due upon acceptance. About the event

Barktoberfest is the Rochester area's favorite festival for dog-owners and animal-lovers alike. Attendees enjoy canine activities and contests, vendors, food, music, family fun, and a fundraising walk that to helps provide care for thousands of animals at Lollypop Farm each year. The festival welcomes applications from vendors of handmade fine art and craft, NYS food products, and pet-related products and services. VENDOR APPLICATION FEE: Free BOOTH FEE: Single booth (10’x10’) $60, for applications received by July 7th; $75 for applications received after July 7th. Limited electricity is available and must be indicated on application: $30 per plug. (Outside generators are not allowed). For those who prefer to purchase electric, please bring a long extension cord for outdoor purposes and note that while we will try to place you in your preferred space, requests for electric could result in a location change. TERMS AND DESCRIPTION FOR BOOTH SET UP AND DISPLAY: Exhibit spaces are approximately 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep, located on a variety of pavement, sidewalk and grass. Exhibitors and their belongings must stay within these boundaries. No specific booth locations are guaranteed. Exhibitors must be set up by 8:30 a.m. and remain open until the specified closing times unless notified by Festival officials. Exhibitors may begin setting up display booths after 6 am on Saturday, September 23rd. All tents must be weighted on all four sides. Display booths and items must be staffed at all times and are the full responsibility of the Exhibitor.

Artists are responsible for collection and payment of 8% local sales tax - 4% on clothing under $110.00. If your registration is pending, you may write “pending” on this application. For information regarding a NY State Tax Certificate, contact the NY State Tax Department at 518-485-2889 or http://www.tax.ny.gov. Exhibitor’s liability insurance shall be purchased and maintained by the Exhibitor to protect him/her from claims under Workers’ Compensation Acts or other employee benefit acts, claims for damages because of bodily injury and from claims for damages to property which may arise out of or result from the Exhibitors’ operations. Lollypop Farm, Humane Society of Greater Rochester is not responsible for any damage, loss of personal property, personal injury or accidents involving Exhibitors and their personnel. Exhibitors indemnify and agree to hold Lollypop Farm harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, lawsuits, costs, penalties, expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) and judgments due to breach of this agreement by Exhibitors or their personnel.Exhibitor agrees to sell and display items similar to those depicted in their application.Your submission of the application indicates that you agree and will comply with the terms and conditions stated herein.
