Wellness Workshop – Waiver and Release By registering for the Wellness Workshop event hosted by Wedding Wish by Candyland Designs via Eventbrite or our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in physical activities, including yoga and meditation sessions, at the Wellness Workshop carries inherent risks. These activities may involve physical exertion and the risk of injury, and I voluntarily choose to participate, accepting these risks. 2. Physical Health and Responsibility: I certify that I am physically capable of participating in the activities offered at the Wellness Workshop. If I have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect my ability to participate safely, I will consult with a healthcare professional before attending. 3. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Wedding Wish by Candyland Designs, its employees, instructors, volunteers, and any associated partners from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the Wellness Workshop, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damage, or any other loss. 4. Photography and Media Release: I grant Wedding Wish by Candyland Designs the right to use photographs, video recordings, or any other media taken during the Wellness Workshop for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without compensation or further notice. 5. Personal Property: I am responsible for the security of my personal belongings during the event and release Wedding Wish by Candyland Designs from any liability for loss, theft, or damage to my personal property. 6. Compliance with Instructions: I agree to comply with all instructions, rules, and regulations provided by Wedding Wish by Candyland Designs and its instructors during the Wellness Workshop. 7. Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of injury or illness, I authorize Wedding Wish by Candyland Designs and its representatives to seek and provide emergency medical treatment, including transportation to a medical facility, as they deem necessary. 8. Agreement Binding: This waiver and release agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. By registering for the Wellness Workshop, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release, and I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions. I understand that by accepting these terms, I am waiving certain legal rights. If I do not agree to these terms, I will not register for the Wellness Workshop.
