Terms and Conditions To ensure a smooth experience for all guests and the legends, please adhere to the following guidelines for the photo opportunity sessions: 1. Time Constraints • Duration: Each photo op is strictly limited to a windowed time frame. This ensures all ticket holders have the opportunity to meet the legends. • Arrival: Please be present in the designated queue at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot. Late arrivals may result in a forfeited opportunity. 2. Equipment & Photography • Device Policy: All photos must be taken using the fan’s personal cell phone. • No Professional Gear: Professional cameras (DSLRs, mirrorless), detachable lenses, tripods, or external lighting equipment are strictly prohibited. • Operator: A staff member or volunteer will be available to assist by holding your phone to take the photo if requested. 3. Prohibited Items • No Large Items: For safety and efficiency, large bags, backpacks, or oversized memorabilia (such as large posters or equipment) are not permitted in the photo area. 4. General Conduct • Physical Contact: Please respect the personal space of the legends. Brief, respectful poses are encouraged, but inappropriate contact will result in immediate removal from the event. • Single Shot: Due to time constraints, only one (1) photo per person/group is permitted. Note: Event management reserves the right to deny access or remove any individual who fails to comply with these terms. Photos are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.
