Participation in this event is voluntary. Participants acknowledge that walking and participating in outdoor activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances. By attending the event, participants assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participation. 1. Release of Liability By participating in the Autism Awareness Walk, participants agree to release and hold harmless Focus Up, INC., its directors, officers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or injuries that may occur as a result of participation in the event. 2. Photography and Media Release Participants grant Focus Up, INC. permission to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture images during the event. These images may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, including social media, websites, publications, and future event promotions. 3. Code of Conduct Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, volunteers, organizers, and community members. Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund. 4. Weather and Event Changes The event will take place rain or shine unless conditions pose a safety risk. Focus Up, INC. reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. 5. Refund Policy All registrations and donations are considered final and non-refundable, as proceeds support the mission and programs of Focus Up, INC. 6. Participant Responsibility Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors attending the event. Participants must follow all event guidelines, park rules, and local regulations. 7. Agreement By registering for or attending the Autism Awareness Walk, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
